“Been using a local shop for years but lately, they’ve been so busy they won’t answer the phone or even call me back. This morning I went to Valvoline in Issaquah and was dreading being asked a million questions and getting charged all kinds of fees. I have to say, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting my oil changed. Joshua and Katrina were absolutely incredible, so hospitable and welcoming. The experience was ‘true’ customer service at the highest level. You guys should be proud of your amazing team, I’ll be back!”
“Had my wife bring my Honda Pilot for detail. This vehicle was in the garage for 3 months after a deer accident that left it without a windshield. For some reason, the shop that supposedly fixed my car left it very dusty inside and even left deer flesh still on the windows. Mark's auto detail brought it back to life and did an excellent job! Looks good as new! Highly recommended. They were on time too!”
