I suspect there are a few customers who feel entitled and unfortunately put the blame on the staff of this USPO. One should go to their post office with packages labeled, wrapped, and taped before handling to the counter person.”

“Lines are usually long here but I always have this in mind.
They added self service machines, 2 of those, but sometimes they are out of order.
But those machines might help with lines significantly.
There is always packaging boxes here, but while priority boxes and taped and the box is included in the price of the mailing, for regular boxes you need to purchase extra packaging tape for $3,99.
So buy a bunch in Costco, and carry it in your trunk(like I do now).”
