“The Issaquah branch is doing such a good job this 2025 holiday season with so much volume. I was in and out in 20 minutes with 12 customers ahead of me. And service was swift and genial.”

“I’m writing this specifically to shout out John, who seems to be carrying this entire post office on his back.
It is rare to see one person handle so much with such ease. John is friendly, incredibly organized, and fast as lightning. Even when the line is long, he keeps things moving efficiently without ever losing his positive attitude.
Honestly, it feels like this entire location is held together by his hard work. If anyone deserves a raise and recognition from the USPS, it’s him. People like John make a normally tedious errand a total breeze. Great service!”

“Small town post office with 1 employee at the service counter. I've always received the best service here. It's a bit out of the way for me, but it's worth it when I have large pieces to ship. No stress, friendly employee. Always a pleasant experience.”

“Our Carnation post office is a town treasure. All of my experiences there have been pleasant. The fine folks there are always personable, efficient, and knowledgable. And patient with me! Sometimes i can be a bit dense, but i've encountered only kindness.”

“Just had a fantastic experience with USPS worker Steve while applying for my child’s passport. In and out in 15 minutes! Steve was super knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly—a true gem amidst the usual horror stories you hear about passport services. Hope USPS recognizes his excellence and uses his approach to train agents across other locations.”

“The USPS always get a bad rap, mostly because they deserve it. This Maple Valley location is one of the better ones and really is the only one I'll go to if given the choice.”

“I recently moved and had forgotten to fill out the updated mailing address slip in the mailbox for my new building. A package I had been waiting for was rerouted since the unit is vacant in their system. When I called directly, the agent on the line gave me an update within a couple of minutes and was able to get the package rerouted back to me by end of day. Much better service than I would have expected. Thank you!”

“I love this usps always been friendly to me sometimes lines can be long which is why you should do all packaging & taping before you get there ....there won't be any for you unless you purchase it which is fine with me i can see how that may be taken advantage of.”

“I want to express my sincere appreciation to Cindy, the supervisor at USPS in Renton. She helped me resolve an issue I was dealing with, and her level of professionalism was truly outstanding.

Cindy was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand the situation and handled everything with confidence and care. It’s rare to see this level of customer service today — she was efficient, respectful, and genuinely committed to helping.

I would rate her service 10 out of 10. USPS is fortunate to have someone like Cindy representing them. Thank you again for your support — it made a real difference.”
