“Minuteman deserve to get 5 stars! I’m a visitor and stay at a RV camp where is few blocks away from their store, I need to make a form’s copy and an envelop to mail it. I found Minuteman by google search, I was not sure if they can help, when I got in, they were very nice, not only helped me immediately but also charge nothing. That kind of surprised me, that’s very impressive, a small local shop but big convenient especially for a stranger like me (from California), how nice Issaquah/Minuteman, Thank you!!”

“Recently, I came here to have my passport photo taken. After the photo was taken, the employee and I realized my shirt was too light to show up properly in the picture. I mentioned that I could come back another day wearing a different shirt, but the employee (I forgot his name but he was a taller guy) kindly offered to grab his own jacket so I could still take the photo that day.
Thanks to his thoughtfulness, I was able to submit my passport renewal right away instead of having to make another trip. I’ve had other positive experiences at this location as well, but this one really stood out because he went above and beyond. Thank you again for letting me borrow the red flannel! I shall remember this every time I have my passport stamped haha.”
