“I gave them a 5 star because I assume they are good. My podiatrist recommended them. I am going on a huge hiking trip and have an arthritic foot and high arches. I wanted help getting some support with my boots. I sat there for a good 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me until the beeper started going crazy after a woman came in and didn’t turn her cell phone off. The owner thought it was me. It wasn't me because It wasn’t beeping until the other lady walked in. The beeping was hitting all my nerve spots and I had to leave. Apparently I wasn’t meant to have any support.”
“I came in to buy some new Thorogood boots after my old ones died after 15 years. They did not have the ones I wanted but they helped me order them direct. When the boots arrived and I discovered the brass eyelets were badly placed they helped me send them back for another pair. I have meet a number of the staff including the owner (Notably it is a woman owned business!) and they have all been helpful and provided excellent customer service. They have a large work wear section for women which my wife loves.”

“The best and unfortunately only flip flops I like to wear. Wider than average, comfortable, and long lasting, the shoe manufacturing also supports great causes.
Why unfortunately? Because it seems they have been 'off production.' They also have the absolute best, by far, no one near them, in canvas shoes. These aren't grandmas ke&s either. The canvas shoes last forever, are super grippy, are very comfortable, and fit perfect. None like them!
As their production seems to have tapered, it is also harder to reach them.
There are NO other flips or shoes like theirs, nor with their quality!”
