“First, let me rate this store. On June 26th, I walked in and was greeted by two young ladies working. Both of them were very nice, one helped me getting the size shoe that I needed that was a gift. The cashier was super nice and suggested a gift receipt also. Nothing but nice. I was purchasing a pair of shoes for my son for his 21st bday and was hoping these were the ones he had his eye on when we were previously in the store. Great experience.Fast forward, by July 7, a part of the rubber on one side of the right shoe had come completely off, enough so that it was gaping. Definitely noticeable. My other kids have worn Vans for years and still do and I know that Van's are quality shoes. I also know that you can't take shoes back to the store, per their info unless they are new and unworn. So I took a chance and contacted Van's directly. In a very short time, I was contacted by a representative who apologized for the issue. I was asked to provide pictures of the torn area, the shoes themselves, the receipt and then asked to answer a few other questions. I did just that and I will say that the speed that I received a response was absolutely impressive. After providing all of this, I was notified that I would be receiving a gift card to purchase another pair. Thank you Van's for this and for your amazing customer service. Much appreciated.”

“Buckle in southcenter mall has the best staff and definitely will do plenty of shopping there. Years ago I said I would never shop at buckle again because of thier rude customer service and not at all helpful staff. Yes I said never again but last year for Christmas I new they had a gift that someone really wanted so I gave in and went into buckle because the person the gift was for was more important than my personal vendetta. Glad I did because the staff at this buckle was so great and amazing I have been back several times and will continue to make the two hours drive to shop here over many places closer to my house. Definitely a good spirited non pushy and very helpful staff.”

“If you work construction do yourself a favor and visit Redwing Shoe Store in Tukwilla, next time you need boots. They have a machine that scans your feet and tells you what orthotics you need. I used this machine and the orthotics that I got changed my life. I also received an email with details about my feet. It turns out my right foot is an entire size bigger than my left. That explains why my right foot always hurts! Along with having a rad foot scanning machine, Redwing in Tukwilla has a good selection of boots. I’m a woman in construction and I need boots that do the job, don’t look ridiculous, and most importantly come in my size. Finally Redwing in Tukwilla has boots that fit women, that look normal, and that are available in store. My experience at this store was the perfect ending to National Women in Construction Week!”

Knowledgeable staff that made sure I purchased the right size given some brands run small.
