“If I could give them 10 stars I would.I recently busted one of my tires due to slipping into some construction work, and because my tires were purchased at Costco I went back there to see if they would be able to help me. I cannot express the amount of professionalism when it comes to efficiency and customer service. Every single person there is dedicated to their job, which shows through their service. The lady at the front who helped me at the time (I believe her name started with a T) was very quick to see if she could find someone who would be able to take care of me. Then, Chris (with glasses) took the time to look at my loose wheel and find the problematic areas, which he then also took the time to try and fix even though he and the whole shop was busy due to the holiday times. Unfortunately, the whole wheel had to get replaced but with the help of Armando who fixed my wheel and put the whole thing together in less than 10 minutes, I was able to get up and out of there in no time. These guys really care; again, it shows through their work and how they interact with members. They take the time to help you out and make sure you are taken care of. I will always be back for any of my tire needs or concerns. Special shoutout to Chris (with glasses and the one with dark hair), Armando, the nice lady, John (former military guy, I think that is his name), and just about everyone else in that shop. Get them a raise, they're awesome!”
