“I cannot say enough good things about Les Schwab. Honestly, I have had amazing customer service experiences at Les Schwabs in three states. Redmond, WA is as good, or better, than the others.I do not know how LS does it, but they should write a book about maintaining the highest levels of customer service and employee engagement. It's on par with where Nordstrom used to be. Sounds strange, but it is true.I'm not sure how they compare in pricing, but I don't care because their service is that great.”

“Walked in yesterday around 3:00pm thinking I might be able to get a brake inspection. Not only was I able to get the inspection in about 30 min., I was able to get complete front rotors, calipers, pads, fluid, etc in about a hour and a half more?. I was thinkingI might have to make a appointment just for the inspection. Great job and extremely friendly service. I have also been to the Bellevue, South hill and one of the Tacoma locations. Same great service everywhere. There has to be some absolutely incredible leadership at the corporate level to have the same type of service at every location for many years. This Company is a role model that everyone can learn from!”

The manager offered to have the damage repaired same day for free! Mind you, the rotation work was free, so I thought the situation was going to end up as a "you get what you pay for." Super grateful for how they treated the situation.This location will have my business for life.”

“Redmond Firestone is one of the shops that can do alignment for the Tesla Model Y.One thing that impressed the girl at the front desk was very knowledgeable.I showed her Tesla rubber jackpucks without saying their name or explaining what are those things for and asked her if they would need these things or not. I was expecting she would ask to the mechanic. but no, she replied to me and said they don't need to lift the car .first she recognized these rubber pucks and knew what are they for, and she also knew what alignment process needed. this gives you confidence and I think this was not their first Tesla alignment. the only thing is the mechanic forgot to clear the Tesla alignment offset, I informed them they fixed it very quickly... by the way, they can adjust the rear toe and camber angles with the original control arms.”
