“Had a flat tire this morning, had the tow take me here and that was the best decision I could have made today! They didn't have the tire I needed in inventory but they worked with me on where I could find one. Once I got the tire and brought it back, they had it on my car within minutes. Super friendly service and would highly recommend!

He discussed options, pros and cons of various choices, and gave me his honest opinions about the risks/benefits of the options available. Not pushy at all, he wanted me to know and understand, the choices, and choose the best option for my circumstances. .
Kevin impressed me as being extremely knowledgeable and competent, gave me detailed information about the steps he took to do my job with a very high level of perfectionism.
Plus he had a free loaner car for my use while my vehicle was being serviced for several hours. That was a great help, and very uncommon in my experience.
My work was completed on time, for exactly the amount quoted (which was very reasonable, I got 3 bids).
