“Kevin was very generous and specific with his inspection findings and recommendations. He discussed options, pros and cons of various choices, and gave me his honest opinions about the risks/benefits of the options available. Not pushy at all, he wanted me to know and understand, the choices, and choose the best option for my circumstances. .
Kevin impressed me as being extremely knowledgeable and competent, gave me detailed information about the steps he took to do my job with a very high level of perfectionism.
Plus he had a free loaner car for my use while my vehicle was being serviced for several hours. That was a great help, and very uncommon in my experience.
My work was completed on time, for exactly the amount quoted (which was very reasonable, I got 3 bids).
Friendly and polite and very professional service. I am impressed.

“Had a flat tire and towed my car to their Bel-Red location but it had just closed. As I was worrying about leaving the car in an open lot for the weekend, an employee walked out of the closed shop and inquired about my situation. He offered to park my car inside the garage for the weekend. I did that and came back Monday and they fixed my flat in minutes and for no charge. I was grateful for this level of service - thank you Oscar, it is employees like you that make Les Schwab trustworthy and keeps me coming back (hopefully not too often😅)”
“Had a flat tire this morning, had the tow take me here and that was the best decision I could have made today! They didn't have the tire I needed in inventory but they worked with me on where I could find one. Once I got the tire and brought it back, they had it on my car within minutes. Super friendly service and would highly recommend!
