“I went to Verizon store last week to get a phone in Longview. Washington, the service was absolutely amazing. No hesitations about giving me a hand first thing when I walked in the customer service representative that was there. Jumped write in there and started helping me with her expertise. I didn't get a phone case or a screen protector at the time when I purchased my phone. I went back 1 week later and got a screen protector with phone case. Once you get in the service was excellent, great Thank you verizon”

“Mario was the sales rep who helped me upgrade to a better phone, get storage and features I needed and the store manager, Andre, also came and talked with us and got us switched over to a protection plan for all our phones and saved us some money. Excellent service.”
“I found Creative on Google and called because they're the only 5 star provider. He diagnosed my laptop on the spot, gave a fix and the cost. He fixed it in 2 days, even after ordering a part, and beat his cost estimate by 20%. I couldn't be happier!! I'll be back, and will refer all my neighbors.”
“Alex was amazing. The esim wasn't loading so my phone wouldn't work. Alex took care of it and got everything up and running. Thank you Alex for your hard work”

“It is a service to which we maintain, but I see that they work professionally since they put light codes on the new patrols of different government corporations,”
“Taylor was very helpful with switching a business account to T-Mobile. My family was happy with their new phones and we were able to save a little money on the total bill from the previous provider.”
“Jose Did an absolutely amazing job! Made the transition for my mom soooo easy! I brought my mom in cause shes elderly and needed a phone that didnt run like a dial up computer and He pointed us in the right direction, helped her set up her new phone so its exactly the same (which was a huge deal for her), made it quick and even made it to where switching saved her money! And honestly im even thinking about switching now!
The other gentleman working was also a pleasure. Both very kind professional and made this transition pleasurable instead of painful lol
Great job guys, thank you!”
