“I went at a busy time I guess, it was packed. The aisles are extremely tight. Prices are amazing, the kitchenware is top tier. The gadgets are so fun to look through! Only downside is if it has more than a handful of other people in the store, it will suck because you can't look through things without feeling like you're in someone's way or vis versa.”
“This is such a fun place to shop. It's a great way to spend a half hour satisfying my impulse shopping needs. And, it's pretty affordable. I own a couple stuffed animals, computer brooms, small trinkets, a lunch bag, and chocolates. I don't need any of this but I'm happy when I use it. I'll be going back for more.”
“I was looking for a specific charms that was my children zodiac sign. But I wasn't able to, one of the sales assistants asked me if I needed assistance, I told her yes, I showed her what I was looking for. She kindly told me that the store don't sell them, I could order them online which I'm not good at it. And she said I could try to call the other store in Marysville. So I asked instead of driving there to save time. I seriously appreciate that she was being helpful, as a person who was a sales member I was very happy with the service. Sadly I don't remember her name. But I know she a young lady with black hair, beautiful personality, she has several piercings. I just wanted to thank her again, I will definitely return because she was very helpful even though she was busy placing extra items on display. I really appreciate the effort for sales members just to assist with customers. As I am a sales member, florists delivery driver, among other things in the work I do.”
“Nordstrom carries just about everything: outfits, clothes, shirts, T-shirts, shorts, pants, underwear, lingerie, tank tops, skirts, shoes, slippers, jewelry, boots, Converse, coats, trench coats, scarves, skincare products, perfumes, and accessories such as headbands, earrings, hair extensions, belts, and more. It’s a little on the expensive side, but you get high-quality customer service, flexible returns, a pleasant atmosphere, and clean bathrooms.
Update: I later learned that the Nordstrom credit card does earn useful rewards, and I recently redeemed points for $50, so credit where it’s due!”

“Such a wonderful shopping trip here! I got a bra fitting with Kate and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very sensitive to the awkwardness that can come with such a personal shopping experience. She also explained everything as she was working and brought several options within my preferences, but not enough to be overwhelming. Once we had chosen a few styles, she helped me with one set to take home and another to order to my house, since the color was not in stock. Throughout it all she was very kind, professional, and respectful. I will definitely go back and ask for her the next time I need a bra fitting!”

“Went to Nordstrom Rack the other day and I was really impressed with their inventory. They had multiple different shirts for men, each being unique and high quality. They had a plethora of items to choose from in the travel department, with multiple suitcases and a few backpacks. They also had a large variety of ties for men and toiletries for travel. I only wish their wrist watch section for men were a little cleaner, as there were watches missing a box or bottom piece. Other than that, great store, with a surprisingly large inventory. Will be back! Do recommend, especially with summer around the corner, they have plenty of things to choose from! :)”
“I've been to this location multiple times and it is my favorite Daiso location in WA. It is large, clean, well organized, and well lit. The parking lot is nice as well. The only reason for the four star rating is because sometimes the traffic in the area makes it difficult to get into the parking lot.”

Whomever I spoke with on the phone when trying to order something was less than helpful, or even remotely interested in the conversation. “During my shopping I was able to use a store scooter to get my groceries selected. This was very helpful. I found what I needed and a couple of shoppers assisted me in reaching items. At check out I had some trouble with my pin and after 3 attempts my order was canceled.
But the young man working the front end arrived like knight and quickly rescan my 2 bags of groceries and was quickly on my way. All the stresses were smoothly erased for me.”

“I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.”

“Skye deserves a raise and a promotion. Line of 8-10 people, one person on register, manager on duty walking around not really doing….anything? Skye came running out of the back room and hopped on register, no look of stress or bewilderment in their face, just the need to help customers. Manager actually reprimanded them (I didn’t hear what he said to them) and Skye responded professionally “but there was a line” to which the manager laughed and went to the other employee who had closed their lane to chat with them. SMH.
