“Sooooo this store had me by the balls on a technicality with two OLED switches I bought. One was great but the other had bad connector pins on the body do the switch and was really janky. They could have told me to go pound sand but instead they met with me, we talked, and they helped me out big time. Big shout out to Emily and Anthony!”

I called the store and an associate spent almost a half hour discussing sizing, and the return process with me. “Took an old chain of mine to get repaired and it took him a couple days because he was swamped with repairs. He also polished it up and only charged me $12 I couldn't believe it. He is the best. Going to see him tomorrow for a couple more repairs on other pieces. So happy to see him again.”
