Never have I ever been to any automotive place where the men are actually gentlemen… It’s refreshing going to a place where the workers actually care. ESPECIALLY Del, he really went above and beyond for me. Really wanted my family to have a great holiday! I’m not sure if this place is Christian based, but it sure felt like it…I couldn’t be anymore happy with my decision on choosing them to work on my car…. THANK YOU SO MUCH DEL… You definitely made this Christmas, “CHRISTMAS” GOD BLESS YOU ALL!”

I got a quote for new brakes at a local dealership and without me telling them the cost, they were cheaper by more than $100 dollars. This is a family business owned and operated by two brothers and they have been there for many years.
They were also very nice to my little boy and gave him a toy car when we came in and now he asks to go back!

He discussed options, pros and cons of various choices, and gave me his honest opinions about the risks/benefits of the options available. Not pushy at all, he wanted me to know and understand, the choices, and choose the best option for my circumstances. .
Kevin impressed me as being extremely knowledgeable and competent, gave me detailed information about the steps he took to do my job with a very high level of perfectionism.
Plus he had a free loaner car for my use while my vehicle was being serviced for several hours. That was a great help, and very uncommon in my experience.
My work was completed on time, for exactly the amount quoted (which was very reasonable, I got 3 bids).

“Glenn at Eastside Autoworks was just the person I was hoping to find. I have a 2018 Ram Promaster 2500 that has been converted for off grid camping. Adding more comforts of home, with the knowledge on how to keep my vitron electrical system operational and healthy was exactly what Glenn offered. And, as a bonus, he is a nice person. He even created with a 3D printer, a device to keep my engine computer dry in our PNW winters, brilliant. Yes, I can recommend this service. Happy Camping!”

Offered me a lot of options, didn't try to upsell me on anything, just discussed tradeoffs clearly. When my brake pads turned out to require dealer-specific versions, they got them from the dealership and didn't charge me for the additional cost (would have been more than the original quote).

Steve and Ryan will walk you through everything they’re doing and never make you feel pressured or confused. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain the issues in a way that actually makes sense, whether you know cars or not.
They’re also extremely thorough and detail-oriented, checking things I wouldn’t even think to ask about and making sure my car is genuinely safe and running well before I leave. You can tell they care about doing things the right way, not just the quick way.
