“Cracked windshield on Saturday, had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday, needed to reschedule due to staffing but they were able to get me taken care of the very next day. I appreciated the phone call letting me know about the need to reschedule, the email they sent me with a photo of the technician, how friendly the tech was, the fact that they were able to do the replacement at my job so I didn't have to take time off, and the payment options they offered.
