“A smaller location, with only two pumps per lane and 14 hoses total, but easy to queue-up and move through. As always, great prices. This location does NOT have a carwash”

“I don't always get my gas here. And not all of employees are friendly and helpful! If you need assistance. Fortunately that hasn't always been my experience.”

“My daughter and I visited this place this morning. The workers here were very nice and had excellent customer service. Their store was immaculate the cleanest convenience store I have visited in Tri-Cities. Their shelves were organized, and stocked up with an assortment of Items, as well as flavors for any taste buds. We tried their slurpees they tasted fresh and new and had flavors we have not seen before. I would recommend if you need a quick stop for a snack, beverage, gas or to use the restroom stop by and check these guys out...”

“The owners are very nice people. Had a bad experience with an employee a few weeks ago and I had posted a 1 star review because of it, but today I went to get propane and the owner was there and I told her about it and she was very apologetic, friendly and nice which is refreshing because most of the time when u make a complaint to owners about their employees they don’t care, but she cared, her face showed that and I appreciate that she spoke with me and was very nice. She helped me get propane and I was very happy with the service so I’ve changed my 1 star review to 5 star review and I will continue bringing business to this location. Thank u guys for being so cool ?”

“I actually love all the workers here. But there is one guy who only has one hand and I've never smiled so much whenever I go and he is there I always know I'm going to leave smiling and never met somebody so positive and so good at their job. Thank you for the atmosphere.”

“Massive love to Ron’s Market ✨. You stood tall, even in the storm of COVID-19 for instance, putting yourselves out there, keeping the doors open, and making sure we had what we needed. You were like a lighthouse in the fog—thank you for being a pillar of care and community 💛.”

“Great customer service, and their app is great. I received a message from them for 30 cents off per gallon. I was able to fill my tank, and get money back after I pre-paid. With that 30 cents off per gallon it took less than 70 dollars to fill my gas tank.”

“Got gas, and the vehicle appears to be running fine. I like that I can pay at the pump with Android Pay (NFC) using my phone, so no need to worry about credit card skimming - that's a nice feeling. Thanks for making that possible Exxon! One thing they need to remember to do is to keep the paper towels filled, but they did have window cleaning squeegees and water, so maybe 4.9 stars?”

“I’ve lived in this neighborhood pretty much my whole life and I was so sad when the company changed from the people that had ran it for pretty much my whole life but as soon as Jacksons took over, it felt like home again! The people that work at this location are absolutely delightful and always happy and smiling. All of the workers deserve so much praise. Thank you for running such a positive business!!I”

“Circle K employees are always helpful , they give expert direction if a pump is having issues, and I love the savings I get weekly with the huge discounts and specials. They are great on both price and service. I stopped going to the gas station nearest me as they seemed to be mixing to much of a certain product into the gas , it didn't last long . 7 Eleven was trustworthy but they removed their gas service. I was pleasantly suprised by the service and quality at Circle K.”

“Best one in the Tri-Cities. They keep all the coffee supplies in stock and the area is very clean. Also love the new self checkout machine, makes the line so much shorter.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
