“The owners are very nice people. Had a bad experience with an employee a few weeks ago and I had posted a 1 star review because of it, but today I went to get propane and the owner was there and I told her about it and she was very apologetic, friendly and nice which is refreshing because most of the time when u make a complaint to owners about their employees they don’t care, but she cared, her face showed that and I appreciate that she spoke with me and was very nice. She helped me get propane and I was very happy with the service so I’ve changed my 1 star review to 5 star review and I will continue bringing business to this location. Thank u guys for being so cool ?”

“My daughter and I visited this place this morning. The workers here were very nice and had excellent customer service. Their store was immaculate the cleanest convenience store I have visited in Tri-Cities. Their shelves were organized, and stocked up with an assortment of Items, as well as flavors for any taste buds. We tried their slurpees they tasted fresh and new and had flavors we have not seen before. I would recommend if you need a quick stop for a snack, beverage, gas or to use the restroom stop by and check these guys out...”

“Very nice remodel, i love coming to this one. I just left the one off Washington Street, and it's always such a cluster getting in and out. I couldn't even get in to get gas, so i came down to this one. WOW, it's so much nicer and easier and always friendly employees working. Maybe a little clean-up around the gas pumps wouldn't hurt, but other than that, this will be my go-to gas station. Thank you. Highly recommend”
“i frequent this place for fuel mostly, Rikki is always very friendly to us and has non ethonol too! Rikki is awesome, i purchased water and ice for the crew at work and lost my receipt, my company wasn't letting it go, so i asked Rikki about it, he promptly within 24 hours had a picture of it for me! Thanks very much! my niehborhood stop! btw he also provided windshield fluid in the buckets at the pump when i noticed they were dry!”

“Great customer service, and their app is great. I received a message from them for 30 cents off per gallon. I was able to fill my tank, and get money back after I pre-paid. With that 30 cents off per gallon it took less than 70 dollars to fill my gas tank.”

“Got gas, and the vehicle appears to be running fine. I like that I can pay at the pump with Android Pay (NFC) using my phone, so no need to worry about credit card skimming - that's a nice feeling. Thanks for making that possible Exxon!One thing they need to remember to do is to keep the paper towels filled, but they did have window cleaning squeegees and water, so maybe 4.9 stars?”
