“Looked long and far for internet service in our rural new home just outside of Kennewick proper. We absolutely thought there was no other option than satellite for “high speed internet” for our business and home office, until we called Nick at Xytel. Absolutely squashed our fears of the unknown, spent countless hours finding the right spot across our property and lent their bucket truck to our arborist to trim in order for our internet to work with no issues. Nick truly saved the day and made our home complete - 100% recommend and converted a neighbor along with us as well! Thanks so much!”

“Our experience would have been a 5 had you allowed us access to your restroom. After an hour+ commute arriving before the recommended one at Macy's opened, it would have been customer service friendly to not have to drive to the Starbucks mid transaction. Management: do better.

“I've been to 3 different location the valley and out of those this one had the best customer service. They truly care about my device going home with me the same day. I visited the union gap one poor and they only made snarky remarks. The sunnyside one has been closed but that is usually where I go as it is the closest.”
