“This store is amazing. I live in the other end of Washington state so it’s a treat to get to go here. Everything Feed tack guns farmwear I’d shop daily if one was down the road. A++”
“Large displays of home goods in this store. Also has some snack type items. Only negative was that the store aisles are very narrow. If someone is in the aisle there is no way to get around them. Went on a Saturday which made it even worse. When I go again it will be a weekday, and only early morning.”
“I'm giving Rent a center a 4 out of 5 stars, I like the customer service and being accept based on my job and not credit, The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because of the pricing to own most of the items is double to quadruple the retail price while I'm okay with paying a few hundred over retail it doesn't feel good when you know you could have just saved the money to buy the items outright for retail prices.”

“Came here due to very poor customer service. My mom was looking for a wallet at Macy's. And the very rude association. Told my mom that she couldn't afford a high end wallet that she's needed to shop somewhere else. So we left and went to JCpennys..I can't stand snotty women who judge people by how they are dressed..”
“I like coming here they have tons of random stuff it’s like a thrift store but with new stuff and sometimes you can find really good stuff for cheap. Sometimes items are broken or partially stolen but you can probably find another one. They sell everything here like skincare, hair care, perfumes, clothes, accessories, kids toys, home decor, furniture, cups, mugs, kitchen materials, baby clothes, and they have a dog section. I really like this place to just browse and see what they have.”
“Worked an event at the kennewick walmart and the employees there were so amazing and they helped promote the event and made sure we had things that we needed and made sure that we had things to drink. The event employees and the celebrity chef Todd was also absolutely amazing and so nice and made sure that we were also taken care of!”
“Shopped for formal men’s clothes to prepare for a wedding. I don’t dress up much, and so asked if they had someone who could help me figure out what would look good on me. The cashier recommended JaVonne Watson. What a pleasant surprise! She didn’t even have to measure me or my son, she just guessed our size (very correctly) by looking at us. She made the experience fun and quick. She asked just the right questions and made the entire process so easy. She even asked what color dress my wife would be wearing, in order to get a tie that is close to that color to make us seem more of a couple. We bought more than intended, and still came out spending much less than I had anticipated. I highly recommend asking for JoVonne; she will make an otherwise stressful experience a time of laughter and peace.”

“This Ross, in my opinion, has the best staff. Some of the cashiers could be a bit more friendly, but the manager is awesome and the loss prevention person is so nice. I usually always find more things at this Ross, when its stocked.”

“So this was almost a 1 star to no stars I came in early to grocery shop early like all shopping trips to the store it escalated quickly and became a lot I needed it all and had to get everything so I go to cash out but no registers are open just self check out so I went and asked a blonde who I later found out was nammed terry in customer service if this is all that was open I need to also put money on a prepaid and had to purchase gift cards she said nope no cashiers your on your own oh and you can't buy that much merchandise with an employee so I asked what am I suppose to do she rolled her eyes and said figure it out I was about to leave my cart and have her. Put it all back instead of inspecting her nails since that was so important 2 amazing woman came over and said they had no problem checking me out in self and helping me out even after spending 400 dollars I felt great cause they made my experience so much better shutout to Anna for being amazing and stepping up this morning”
“Due to reasons you don't care about, I haven't worn makeup in a few years and decided, now that I no longer need to wear a mask, it was time for new makeup. I'm of an age that I really had no idea what I needed, or wanted. Stopped in Macy's cosmetics (Columbia Center Mall) and met Soshi (not sure how to spell it, but that's how it sounds to me). She started asking questions, and we moved from one counter to another and ended up at Clinique. Clinique is a brand I recognized, and have used. She helped me decide on a color, did not try to over sell me, in fact when I asked a couple of questions about a product, she ended up putting it back. I missed the 'make-up gene' when I was born, and this charming and knowledgable young lady was a great help. If you need help with makeup, I strongly recommend Macy's and ask for Soshi. She has a nice sense of humor, too ;-)”

“Amazing service. I wish the receipt had her name but I don't see it. The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was looking at. She explained why some items were not as good as others she was able to help me understand why one of my past toys developed a gross smell even though they were taken care of.
