“This is the store that tends to be my first choice when it comes to dress clothes. I have always liked the wide selección of in-store items for men that Macy's has at the men's location. The clothes are neither the fanciest nor the highest quality, but tend to fall in that sweet spot of quality and price. Quality tends to be high for the men's clothes, and the prices don't take a huge chunk out of the wallet. The staff has always been friendly enough, and the store has always looked clean and well-organized every time that I have gone to buy/browse clothes.”

“Just had a fantastic impromptu visit to the jcp salon. I'm visiting from out of town and decided to add new hair color to my vacation itinerary. I was really happy to get an appt as a walk-in (only a 2 hr wait, but when you're at the mall, it flies, right!?) I was thrilled with the whole experience! Hannah was amazing! She got my color (green as green can be) just right. The sweet girl at the counter couldn't have been more helpful. And when I needed some product on my way out, they found me just the right things. I can't wait to book my next color adventure! I'll visit from out of town just to get my hair done here.”
“So this was almost a 1 star to no stars I came in early to grocery shop early like all shopping trips to the store it escalated quickly and became a lot I needed it all and had to get everything so I go to cash out but no registers are open just self check out so I went and asked a blonde who I later found out was nammed terry in customer service if this is all that was open I need to also put money on a prepaid and had to purchase gift cards she said nope no cashiers your on your own oh and you can't buy that much merchandise with an employee so I asked what am I suppose to do she rolled her eyes and said figure it out I was about to leave my cart and have her. Put it all back instead of inspecting her nails since that was so important 2 amazing woman came over and said they had no problem checking me out in self and helping me out even after spending 400 dollars I felt great cause they made my experience so much better shutout to Anna for being amazing and stepping up this morning”

“Due to reasons you don't care about, I haven't worn makeup in a few years and decided, now that I no longer need to wear a mask, it was time for new makeup. I'm of an age that I really had no idea what I needed, or wanted. Stopped in Macy's cosmetics (Columbia Center Mall) and met Soshi (not sure how to spell it, but that's how it sounds to me). She started asking questions, and we moved from one counter to another and ended up at Clinique. Clinique is a brand I recognized, and have used. She helped me decide on a color, did not try to over sell me, in fact when I asked a couple of questions about a product, she ended up putting it back. I missed the 'make-up gene' when I was born, and this charming and knowledgable young lady was a great help. If you need help with makeup, I strongly recommend Macy's and ask for Soshi. She has a nice sense of humor, too ;-)”

“A lot of mis-matched items but, I still left spending $100+. Lol! Found great deals on kitchen organizing items and utensils. Great clearance selection. Only 1 cashier but, exceptionally customer service. I forgot my reuseable bags, and she kindly was patient enough to offer me to go get them out of the car.Lost a star because, I looked through the entire store and couldn’t find the last missing statue of “Speak No Evil” buddha kid trio. ? I was trying to buy all three. It doesn’t make sense to only have “See No Evil” and “Hear No Evil”.”
