“They have a very good selection of high quality horse grain. This has been my favorite western store to shop for the last 45 years. They are a little pricey on stuff, but its good quality along with a nice selection. The staff have improved their customer service in last couple years, but there is still room for improvement. I recommend this store. Thanks”
“My AC unit wasn’t blowing cold air, so I had Allset come out to take a look. Their technician, Mark Thompson came out and was amazing! He was quick, efficient, and super easy to work with. He had my AC unit diagnosed and fixed to blow cold air immediately. All within the same morning I reached our. 10/10 service! I will definitely be using them again for any of my HVAC needs.”

“I do not know if its company wide or just this store, but it seems to becoming less cluttered and crowded of items just placed wherever. You can walk down the aisles and actually find things and pick them up without thinking you will break something.

“I like coming here they have tons of random stuff it’s like a thrift store but with new stuff and sometimes you can find really good stuff for cheap. Sometimes items are broken or partially stolen but you can probably find another one. They sell everything here like skincare, hair care, perfumes, clothes, accessories, kids toys, home decor, furniture, cups, mugs, kitchen materials, baby clothes, and they have a dog section. I really like this place to just browse and see what they have.”
“I found Halloween stuff, which always makes me feel better, but I do want to call out a cashier Michael for being exceptionally great, he moved from Florida in case there's a bunch of staff named that... I heard him chatting with people in front of me and he was kind to them, and then he was super pleasant to me, had great efficiency and was polite, helpful, and friendly. I hate having to drive an hour to Target but he's a great employee and I enjoyed the experience way more after a long trip. Please tell him he's doing great!”
“Worked an event at the kennewick walmart and the employees there were so amazing and they helped promote the event and made sure we had things that we needed and made sure that we had things to drink. The event employees and the celebrity chef Todd was also absolutely amazing and so nice and made sure that we were also taken care of!”
“Came here due to very poor customer service. My mom was looking for a wallet at Macy's. And the very rude association. Told my mom that she couldn't afford a high end wallet that she's needed to shop somewhere else. So we left and went to JCpennys..I can't stand snotty women who judge people by how they are dressed..”
“Ended up being help by a gentleman named Cruz. He actually works over in the finish line area of Macy’s for their shoes. I went to five other stores inside and around the mall trying to find shoes that would work for me. I have very complicated wide feet that are unfortunately sensitive to certain things hitting the top of my foot. And this guy legitimately pulled out his entire back room that looking for anything that would work with what I needed for my feet, which in the end we found the perfect pair that didn’t bother my feet at all. I legitimately put my hands up out of excitement. He didn’t give up and say I don’t know how to help you like some of the other stores did. I truly appreciate the time and effort he took to take care of me. Highly recommend coming here if you ever need anything.”

“My first time in Burlington , I went to the store to buy clothes in a last-minute emergency. The associate Joy served me wonderfully, gave me tips on how to dress, and I ended up spending much less than I had planned, thanks to Joy's good taste and the time he took to give me the best option. Burlington is my store”

“Due to reasons you don't care about, I haven't worn makeup in a few years and decided, now that I no longer need to wear a mask, it was time for new makeup. I'm of an age that I really had no idea what I needed, or wanted. Stopped in Macy's cosmetics (Columbia Center Mall) and met Soshi (not sure how to spell it, but that's how it sounds to me). She started asking questions, and we moved from one counter to another and ended up at Clinique. Clinique is a brand I recognized, and have used. She helped me decide on a color, did not try to over sell me, in fact when I asked a couple of questions about a product, she ended up putting it back. I missed the 'make-up gene' when I was born, and this charming and knowledgable young lady was a great help. If you need help with makeup, I strongly recommend Macy's and ask for Soshi. She has a nice sense of humor, too ;-)”
