“Amazing place to go! I know that’s hard to understand because it’s just a mailing facility but it’s not. The owners are so wonderful and friendly and it is a great little storefront also! They offer mailbox options for out-of-town visitors and also fast shipping with all services. They can customize services as well! Definitely pay them a visit. ?”

“I had the BEST experience with Rigo at FedEx. I came in needing to return SIX massive boxes, and it was honestly a complete hassle. The total shipping cost came out to $813, and I had to call Amazon right there to figure out if they were actually going to cover it.
Rigo was incredibly patient while I sorted everything out on the phone. Thank God I did call, because Amazon ended up telling me to just keep the items instead of paying that amount. Through the whole process, Rigo stayed calm, kind, and so helpful.
