“Usually mailing a package is fairly straight forward. That is until it’s being shipped to a country that doesn’t really have a mail system. The delivery driver calls you up and asks ‘where are you?’ And hopefully…a lot can happen when you’re so many miles away that miles becomes kilometers and English is no longer a second or third language. A potential bump was quickly identified and Jeanette immediately jumped into action and created a seamless delivery. If she can facilitate this headache of a parcel, I can only imagine the level of excellence that she brings to each and every other aspect of her life. Falaminderit as they say in Albania”

“I had the BEST experience with Rigo at FedEx. I came in needing to return SIX massive boxes, and it was honestly a complete hassle. The total shipping cost came out to $813, and I had to call Amazon right there to figure out if they were actually going to cover it.
Rigo was incredibly patient while I sorted everything out on the phone. Thank God I did call, because Amazon ended up telling me to just keep the items instead of paying that amount. Through the whole process, Rigo stayed calm, kind, and so helpful.
