Bank Manager needs to go back for some customer service training. She charged my sister 7.00 to cash a check I sent her. US Bank website said it should only be 5.00. Making money off my acct, other then banking fees, isn't acceptable. I live in San Diego and I will be closing my account. after some 30+ years. Terrible... read full comment
