“It was very concerning with help we encountered. Meaning he sold us two phones and my man used his bank card to buy this phone and we didn't get our money back in our bank so this was just a scam to give us cards to use them at this store so I felt duke by this person. I mean we could of needed that money pay on something else beside using target gift cards to pay for the other thing we needed to purchase at another store so I felt strongarmed by one of the help at the target electronic department on benson rd. “This 7-Eleven has got to be the absolute best 7-Eleven in King county. The two ladies that work here, Dianna and Traci are such awesome, friendly ladies. I stopped by for a bite to eat and some sports drinks, went for my favorite: Buffalo Chicken Rollers and noticed there was only one left but I wanted three and they quickly asked me if I would like them to make me fresh ones. Most 7-Elevens will NOT care to ask you if you'd like them to make you more of the food items you want and if you ask them if they could make more, they'll give you the emphatic "NO!" or just simply ignore you. Not only the hospitality was fantastic, the store was clean as well! Thank you Dianna and Traci!”

“The employees there are kind enough And the rewards programs are great, it saves me some money. But often time I will pass by because they won't let you use a bathroom. It'd be interesting to know the the trade-off for not providing a bathroom. prices have always been higher at 7-Eleven so they do think a lot of themselves. It's a real turn off when a gas station convenience store won't offer a bathroom. It's kind of a dealbreaker. I'm thinking that more places would get more business if they did open up the bathrooms again and that would offset or overcome the labor and supplies of keeping a bathroom open?”

“This is my favorite 7-11! The man that always seems to be working there is always nice, and anytime I order a taquito (which is every time lol), he always uses a glove and then he makes sure to hand me the taquito bag instead of putting it on the counter (which I've seen employees at other 7-11s do - ew!) And I've never received a stale taquito here, they seem super fresh.”

“Im shocked how great the customer service is. They have an ungrateful clientele. Yet as I walked in a cheerful welcome meets you at the door. Good variety of products . Gal asked if I wanted anything out of hot case. She reminded me to enter phone number to get points. Then thanked me for coming in. For the amount of traffic, really clean, great presentation of merchandise. Definitely great addition to the surrounding community. I am a big advocate of customer service and this location nailed it. I will be a repeat customer”

“This is what I’ve come to expect from 7-Eleven. You can come here and get snacks. You can find some smack outback and you might even find a chick that let you hit it for a couple hits. I like the food. The guys are nice inside they may be selling expired food so do your due diligence and check the expiration dates, but this is exactly how I like 7-Eleven”
