“Fantastic service! Exactly what I needed and thorough. Travis listened to my problems, evaluated the situation and offered options. I didn’t wanna upgrade my system and he didn’t try to push it, he offered a one hour evaluation and during that hour was able to find a simple setting issue within my CarPlay that was causing the problem and it didn’t need to be replaced. 45 minutes later, I happily paid for the service, problem, resolved, and I again was able to use my stereo system.”

“Haley, the Manager, was fanaminal!!! IF I would have met her before today, I would STILL BE A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER!!! T-Mobile has been Pi$$ing me off for over a year. Made the decision to change to Consumer Cellular because OF THE ONGOING FRUSTRATIONS WITH T-MOBILE. Then, I was told I needed to go to a store, was recommened to go to this store in Kent.
HALEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME, AS I SAID, IF I HAD MET HALEY BEFORE I MADE THE SWITCH I WOULD STILL BE WITH T-MOBILE.
If you are a T-Mobile customer, don't use the T-Life app, don't call 611, go right DIRECTLY TO THE KENT STORE AND HALEY AND HER TEAM, WILL TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOU!!!

“This 7-Eleven has got to be the absolute best 7-Eleven in King county. The two ladies that work here, Dianna and Traci are such awesome, friendly ladies. I stopped by for a bite to eat and some sports drinks, went for my favorite: Buffalo Chicken Rollers and noticed there was only one left but I wanted three and they quickly asked me if I would like them to make me fresh ones. Most 7-Elevens will NOT care to ask you if you'd like them to make you more of the food items you want and if you ask them if they could make more, they'll give you the emphatic "NO!" or just simply ignore you. Not only the hospitality was fantastic, the store was clean as well! Thank you Dianna and Traci!”

“Cricket wireless has been a lifesaver! I paid $100 for my phone and it's $30 for each line. So I only pay $100 each month for unlimited text and calling because I added insurance to all the phones. When I was going to be late on my phone bill I called them for help. They told me to come into the store and they extended the due date by 9 days for $20. However, the phones do not have a lot of data. They have enough if you're not using it as a digital camera. The only other negative is that if you do not pay your phone bill by the due date each month you will lose your phone number within I think 24 to 48 hours. For a single mom with kids the pros outweigh the cons big-time!”

“Surprisingly enough there, customer service is very good. Seems to be kept clean. Never have used there bathroom, merchandise stocked and organized. It does get extremely busy, slightly hard to access if your going westbound on kent kangley. Over all good experience.”

“Plenty of drink options. Food is good but can be kind of pricey depending on the item vs the portion size. Got the pork belly appetizer and it is an extremely small portion considering that pork belly is one of the cheapest cuts you can buy. It's delicious though.”

“The employees there are kind enough And the rewards programs are great, it saves me some money. But often time I will pass by because they won't let you use a bathroom. It'd be interesting to know the the trade-off for not providing a bathroom. prices have always been higher at 7-Eleven so they do think a lot of themselves. It's a real turn off when a gas station convenience store won't offer a bathroom. It's kind of a dealbreaker. I'm thinking that more places would get more business if they did open up the bathrooms again and that would offset or overcome the labor and supplies of keeping a bathroom open?”

“Im shocked how great the customer service is. They have an ungrateful clientele. Yet as I walked in a cheerful welcome meets you at the door. Good variety of products . Gal asked if I wanted anything out of hot case. She reminded me to enter phone number to get points. Then thanked me for coming in. For the amount of traffic, really clean, great presentation of merchandise. Definitely great addition to the surrounding community. I am a big advocate of customer service and this location nailed it. I will be a repeat customer”

“This is what I’ve come to expect from 7-Eleven. You can come here and get snacks. You can find some smack outback and you might even find a chick that let you hit it for a couple hits. I like the food. The guys are nice inside they may be selling expired food so do your due diligence and check the expiration dates, but this is exactly how I like 7-Eleven”

“Ever since I have been here in Washington two years now I have always been coming to this store. They help me with my computer,laptop and phone. They are so helpful and friendly and so sweet. There is a young lady who speak bilingual and she is a Preachers Kid and the other two are all very friendly and helpful (a young lady and young man) When I have a problem and Iam at work I always wait for my days off to just let them help me.
