“Gloria is always so welcoming any time I get a chance to stop in to pick up a package or have to mail something out. I don't understand these negative comments, Ive never witnessed anything but kindness when I've been in, whether its empty or extremely busy.”

“Mackenzie made my experience at this UPS location really smooth and efficient. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly, and my shipment to Ohio arrived fast with no issues. The whole process was easy, and she handled everything in a very professional and organized way. What stood out most was how genuine and friendly she was. Mackenzie is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and we had a really nice conversation while she helped me. Customer service like that makes a big difference, and honestly she’d probably be the main reason I’d come back to this UPS store.”
