“The gentlemen were very helpful considering my rim cracked. They referred me to another business that fixed my rim and that was great customer service. Very hard working men that get you in and out. Very honest, unlike Les Schwab that didn't tell me my rim was cracked but wanted to charge me $300 for a new tire, Boy Bye ?. For my rim getting fixed $80 and my brand new tire $180 I would recommend this tire place for the win???”

“This is a great shop to have your vehicle serviced. They are honest and fair on pricing. These guys know what they are doing and do it well. Daniel was very polite and helpful when explaining the service needed for my Jeep. He is very professional. I had a hard time finding a shop nearby that could take care of the engine computer problems my Jeep was having. Last time I had this problem I took it to the dealership, and they charged me for a whole new engine control module, costing me $1k. When all that needed to be done was proxy alignment configuration which was included in the diagnostic charge here at Central Automotive. I won't be making that mistake again. These are my new go to guys for all 3 of my vehicles from here on out. I highly recommend trying them for yourself. You won't be disappointed.”

“I had a leak in my tire that needed to be filled every couple hours. So at the advice of my friend, I came here. I pulled up and was able to talk to the woman at the front desk, and within a few minutes, they had my car lifted and the tire off. Within 10 minutes, my tire was patched and ready to go. All this cost me 25 bucks plus tax. Well worth the 15 minutes.”
“This place was recommended to us by TJ'S Tires when we needed an alignment.
So we called them up and asked for a quote. We also asked a bigger name shop for a quote, and the bigger name shop was more expensive and couldn't get to us quickly, or serve us without a reservation.
The shop is a little informal relative to other shops I've used, so there was that momentary confusion of who works here and who is a customer. The guy behind the counter just took my name and number on a sticky note before taking my keys. Which is unnerving when you are used to formal shops that have you sign something before you hand them the keys, but they served me super quickly.
They had me sit in the waiting room and I think I was out of there about 30 minutes after I got there. My partner thought I hadn't gotten it done because it was so fast.
A lot of shops are overcrowded and busy and can't get to customers cars in a timely manner, but this shop actually had available service bays left even when they were helping me. They were less costly than the competition. They served us sooner and faster.
I guess I've gotta go with 5 stars:

They gave me an accurate quote over the phone
And they competed my service in less time than it took another shop to quote me for tires.”

“I had to jump-start my car on a couple of recent occasions, and went to Les Schwab at the 84th Avenue South location in Kent, WA, to have my battery tested; I was not surprised when informed that I needed a new battery. The employee (I believe that the name on his work shirt was CJ) was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of options for a battery replacement in a no pressure fashion. I probably could have purchased a cheaper battery elsewhere. However, I really appreciate the convenience of going to this particular Les Schwab store, and that over the last several years, that they have always repaired my flat tires at no cost to me. “Service was Wonderful, from the inspection to talking with the service agent about best solution to solve the problems with my car. Heavenlee, was kind and informative about ETA on when my car was going to be finished. Ken, the technician was working on my car I got to speak with him and I happy that he worked on my car. I came in for wheel hub replacement gone wrong because I made a mistake trying to do it myself and left with not only the wheel hub replaced but with new steering knuckles and dust shields. I'm happy with the result. I will be coming back for alignments and any other mistakes I make along my journey with my car(Nobu). Cool fact about Heavenlee, while I was waiting for everything to be ready to go there was a shooting outside of the store and multiple crashes. Once the happened Heavenlee, got into action and locked all the doors and talked to the customer's and tech's explaining about what happened. That made me feel safe the way she went into action.
