“Kiko worked with me and my mom 1:1 over the course of 3 different wedding dates for a beautiful custom dress. It fit me like a glove and honored the Filipino-American aesthetic I wanted. I even got TWO looks in one: for the ceremony, I had traditional veil and Maria Clara sleeves. For the rest of the evening, I got my chic, modern, athletic dress! Everyone was wowed at the dress, and it was totally worth it to get something custom, and I can't wait to pass it on to my daughter or someone else special in my family. Kiko is great at his craft and you'll be well taken care of.”

“I LOVE this boutique as well as the owner Robin. When I moved to the Burien area September of 2017 I fell in love with the town of Burien but was missing the convenience of a local clothing store. I did a bit more digging and soon discovered Howard and Marge. Color me happy! A clothing boutique for women of all ages with hip, sexy but not trashy, fun, colorful and unique apparel, not to mention the most fun trucker caps (I've got three so far) and other fun accessories for yourself or for friends. I literally stocked my closet with jeans, tops and sweaters from Howard and Marge and found a couple super cool, retro style shirts for my man. Since I'm not a mall shopper and I prefer to shop and support my local businesses I will probably be wearing Howard and Marge apparel exclusively now.”

“I stumbled into this boutique one Saturday afternoon and I'm so glad I did. I love everything about this store. I walked in and Marta and Lola helped me find clothes that make me feel so good. Since I started shopping here countless people have walked up to me and said how much they like my outfit, this has never happened to me before. Lola and Marta purchase good quality clothes, purse, scarves that look amazing. I'm short and thicker in my legs and they always pick out things that help those troubled areas. I've spent thousands of dollars with clothes delivery services and nothing ever fit right and I'd alway end up with the same shirt just in five different colors. After Marta and Lola got done with me I now have beautiful comfortable clothes that I can mix match with beautiful scarves and add little things to make it a whole new look. The shopping experience was fun, personable and the gave my husband wine while I shopped away. Love this store so much and so thankful I stumbled into the wonderful boutique.”

“I've loved this place since they had a little shop inside the Sunbreak Cafe. The owner has beautiful taste and filled this new space with tasteful, classy decorations and clothes. Every season they stock stylish items that make a house feel like it's "Joanna Gaines approved"! Not sure if it's worth stopping in? Check out their website! I found exactly what I've been looking for... for years. Staff- They couldn't be more kind and helpful! Location- It's on the north side of East Main street. I passed it the first time because I was looking for signage across the top, like the other stores. Right now, it's just on their windows. The little parking lot on B street is the perfect place to park if the street spots are full.”

“I bought my first bra of this brand from Nordstrom…beautiful shade of pink and the most comfortable easiest bra to wear all day I’ve ever had. I am a full figure 68 year old so comfort is important as well as fit and style. This bra has it all. Since then, I’ve ordered 3 more bras and her shaper shorts. “First, let me rate this store. On June 26th, I walked in and was greeted by two young ladies working. Both of them were very nice, one helped me getting the size shoe that I needed that was a gift. The cashier was super nice and suggested a gift receipt also. Nothing but nice. I was purchasing a pair of shoes for my son for his 21st bday and was hoping these were the ones he had his eye on when we were previously in the store. Great experience.Fast forward, by July 7, a part of the rubber on one side of the right shoe had come completely off, enough so that it was gaping. Definitely noticeable. My other kids have worn Vans for years and still do and I know that Van's are quality shoes. I also know that you can't take shoes back to the store, per their info unless they are new and unworn. So I took a chance and contacted Van's directly. In a very short time, I was contacted by a representative who apologized for the issue. I was asked to provide pictures of the torn area, the shoes themselves, the receipt and then asked to answer a few other questions. I did just that and I will say that the speed that I received a response was absolutely impressive. After providing all of this, I was notified that I would be receiving a gift card to purchase another pair. Thank you Van's for this and for your amazing customer service. Much appreciated.”

“Whenever I go it there is always one amazing worker. Yesterday 10/22 I came in with kids and had to sneak buy gifts and hide them in my bag so my kids wouldn't notice. They hid it from my kids and got items into my bag all without my kids seeing. They were a poc with they/them pronouns and were fem presenting that day and I would recommend if you were in a similar situation as me to have them help. I don't do crowded places often so they were my life saver because no one else at other stores were able to sneak gifts past my kids.”

“Loft was super organized and even had whole sections that were separated by size. I wanted to find a nice white top for a Save the Date photo and was able to choose from about 12 clean white ones that were all an additional 40% off. Honestly they would have been too expensive otherwise ($79). There were tons of style options and the sales women were friendly, but not overbearing. Which I very much appreciated!”

“Saw some of the reviews for poor customer service and I'm not sure why, every time I've been there the women have been so accommodating and always ready to help. Yes their clothes are expensive but they are always comfortable and at my tender age i'm looking for comfort first. If they don't have an item in stock, they are more than happy to order it for you. The order coming from the main ware house can be pretty slow but that's not their fault. Their clothes are good quality, i have some that I've been wearing for years and if you pick carefully they are classic styles. Love that they give me 10% off for my birthday along with the 5% for using my Jjill card.”

“Great selection of clothing but prices are on another level of expensive. Also, it'd be great if the staff were more knowledgeable about the historical significance of Eddie Bauer and the origination of puffer jackets. I'm pretty sure, based on what I learned at the Museum of History and Industry, that Eddie Bauer invented one of the original puffer jackets, and I think the store should celebrate that success more prominently. Eddie Bauer should tell its Seattle-based origination story more. There was a timeline display on the wall, but I think most people interpret it only as decorative art, and even the employees seem to read it for the first time when I asked them the puffer jacket question.”
