“From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. I came for this weekend bc for me a was huge Jewish holiday wich falls in Friday Saturday so we where looking for an hotel near close the temple I must to said also that The front desk XANDER AND MEKAN was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They were always ready to assist with any requests, whether it was recommending or providing information about the hotel's amenities. The check-in process was smooth and efficient we actually call bc for me when is Friday we have some restrictions on to use electricity items such an elevator or turn it on lights and we ask the front desk to check over the phone bc after that we arrive it stars our holiday and we may not use our phone ? or any electricity item over the phone to put us on 1st floor bc we can’t use elevator and we where fasting for 24 hr and my husband and I we had to walk from the hotel to the Jewish temple starts , and the XENDER AND MAKAN even went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcome.I would highly recommend this hotel based on the outstanding service provided by the front desk MEKAN & XENDER. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable.
Rooms: Very clean ? very quiet ?
Nearby activities: They are near QfC a park and many restaurants
Safety: I left the room to walk with personal belongings and is very safety”
“Everything exceeded expectations for the price.
The room was clean, it did not smell weird, I couldn’t hear noise at night. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the morning breakfast was not bad at all.
Only 4 stars because I got charged twice for the room. But it was refunded after I brought it to their attention.
Other than that I would definitely stay here again.”
“Room 308 was pretty nice with a TV, good wifi speed, a TV, minifridge, and microwave, and a decently sized shower stall. Nice lighting. The twin beds were comfortable , and the pillows were springy and had reasonable loft. Parking was good too. Traffic noise from the nearby freeway was everpresent, and the weatherstripping on the door wasn't the best, but it didn't bother me sleeping with a white noise machine and earplugs I brought with me. It was fairly expensive at over $100/night for four days after taxes, but it's not like neighboring hotels were any cheaper :/”
