“A happy customer since Nov. I had a frictionless experience right from test drive to purchase. Shout out to MJ, Rob, AJ and everyone who was involved.
Highly recommended! 5/5 stars!”
“This is a very good place for any of your auto body part repair work. Kevin is an amazing guy to work with. He will explain you things in detail. This place is highly recommended.”
“Pep Boys did an amazing job with my vehicle! They worked on my AC and heating unit, and I was so impressed by how quickly everything was handled. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day, and they had my car completely fixed within two hours. The team was professional, efficient, and honest about what needed to be done. It’s rare to find service this fast and reliable—I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“They did a great job. They matched the color perfectly and worked out the scratch really well while fixing a previous attempt by a different dealer. Really nice and professional. I'm taking my other car there shortly”
“Walk-in for tire repair, done in 2 hours even that was a busy day. Received complimentary tire repair which was a surprise. Will come back for future business if any.”
“I've been going to Fisher's Auto for over 30 years, mostly with company Toyota Tacoma's, plus our various other cars. It started after a different shop left a rag on the air filter that ended up around the final drive, and they denied any responsibility. So I went to Fisher's and haven't looked back. They're helpful, and stand behind their work. Support the locals who haven't been sucked up by the big guys and venture capital.”
“Nicest bunch of folks who take care of you and your car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I had a 4 hour service, I was going to find a way to get back home, when one of the guys up front lent me his car for the day. I couldn't be happier with the people and the service”
“For several years our Firestone Kirkland has serviced our families vehicles. Work has been expertly done at a reasonable cost. Knowledgeable, friendly staff have answered all questions.”
“Got a flat tire on a Sunday and once I was able to get towed to them, they were able to find a tire for my car (which is a miracle because I have a mini and they have very small tires) and replaced it within an hour. They were very nice and it also didn’t cost nearly as much as I was expecting! Thanks for helping me out!!”

Context:
Over the last 15 years or so I’ve been a pretty loyal Les Schwab customer. I decided to try a different tire service provider after learning that Les Schwab sold out to private equity in 2020. I’m pointing this out because it wasn’t a bad experience with Les Schwab that encouraged this change. Les Schwab also pushes their own tire brands and you have to ask special order for a name brand (at least that is my most recent experience with them). Additionally, I wanted to state that this was my first experience with Discount Tire and my first time using a Yokohama product. Camden, the employee who helped me at Discount Tire was polite and professional and I appreciated his kind and efficient help.
Experience:
I walked into the Totem Lake Discount Tire around 10:30am Thursday morning, my plan was to discuss tire options and prices. I had to wait only about five minutes to be addressed.
The associate I was met with was Camden, I explained I was looking for an estimate and was interested in Michelin or Bridgestone tires specifically. Camden got my car information and looked up the tire options. He then introduced himself with a friendly handshake walked out with me to my car to scan my tires with some fancy doo-dad. He then asked me a few questions about what I was looking for from a new tire (comfort, fuel economy, winter performance etc).
Camden suggested I take a look at the Yokohama’s based on my criteria and showed me on his computer their rating. I asked him if we can compare the Michelin and Bridgestone options. Camden did pull up Bridgestone to compare to the Yokohama and the Bridgestone was nearly $300 more expensive for the full service than the Yokohama set. They also had the Yokohama in stock and could perform the service immediately. While I didn’t know much about Yokohama as a brand they had a good warranty and I agreed to buy them and Camden quoted me around one hour to complete the service (this was about 10:45am and he let me know the service would be complete around 11:45am). My car’s service was completed per the app at 11:43am (they text you a link).
Reflection:
It was clear to me that Camden wanted me to buy the Yokohama tires over the Bridgestone even though the Yokohama tires were less expensive. He even had a personal anecdote that he had them on his own car and likes them. My guess was that Yokohama has a deal with Discount Tire and I confirmed this after the fact after a little bit of digging online. I did share a concern with Camden during our options discussion of receiving tires already two years old in the past to which he let me know they don’t have much control over that as the manufacturer makes them in batches. I checked the tires I had bought and three of them were dated the first week of 2025 and one of them was dated the 32nd week of 2024. So they were not part of the same batch. I don’t think that matters much, but is interesting. I also did my own tire pressure check and they were all four set to around 33psi which is within range. (I used a JACO tire pressure gauge found to be highly accurate per Project Farm on YouTube).”
“A long standing Kirkland business who has serviced our family’s cars for 3 generations. Easy to get an appointment, fast service, great prices and, best of all, they are a family owned business who treats everyone like their favorite neighbor.”
“2025
I ordered a new set of tires and scheduled an appointment online. Unfortunately, my earliest available time was 2.5 weeks out, and I accidentally booked the wrong type of appointment. When I arrived, the staff at the Costco Kirkland Tire Center were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. I’m especially grateful to Mr. Blaine and the entire team for their consistent support and for guiding me through both the service and purchase process. It's truly a blessing to have Costco in our community! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2023
I am so impressed with all aspects of thr Costco Tire Center from their customer service to their professional knowledge.
Mr. Brandon called around 8:45pm to inform me that my shipments were late. I appreciate that he was afraid on my behalf that I would come into Costco early in the morning but be unable to install my tires.
I really appreciate that he took the time to call and let me know what to expect for my appointment. I am glad to call Kirkland Costco my home Costco now!”

Never have I ever been to any automotive place where the men are actually gentlemen… It’s refreshing going to a place where the workers actually care. ESPECIALLY Del, he really went above and beyond for me. Really wanted my family to have a great holiday! I’m not sure if this place is Christian based, but it sure felt like it…I couldn’t be anymore happy with my decision on choosing them to work on my car…. THANK YOU SO MUCH DEL… You definitely made this Christmas, “CHRISTMAS” GOD BLESS YOU ALL!”
