It started after a different shop left a rag on the air filter that ended up around the final drive, and they denied any responsibility. So I went to Fisher's and haven't looked back. “Got a flat tire on a Sunday and once I was able to get towed to them, they were able to find a tire for my car (which is a miracle because I have a mini and they have very small tires) and replaced it within an hour. I ordered a new set of tires and scheduled an appointment online. Unfortunately, my earliest available time was 2.5 weeks out, and I accidentally booked the wrong type of appointment. When I arrived, the staff at the Costco Kirkland Tire Center were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. I’m especially grateful to Mr. Blaine and the entire team for their consistent support and for guiding me through both the service and purchase process. It's truly a blessing to have Costco in our community! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am so impressed with all aspects of thr Costco Tire Center from their customer service to their professional knowledge.
Mr. Brandon called around 8:45pm to inform me that my shipments were late. I appreciate that he was afraid on my behalf that I would come into Costco early in the morning but be unable to install my tires.
I really appreciate that he took the time to call and let me know what to expect for my appointment. I am glad to call Kirkland Costco my home Costco now!”

Never have I ever been to any automotive place where the men are actually gentlemen… It’s refreshing going to a place where the workers actually care.
