“We've made two trips to Home Depot in the past week to buy the larger arbor vitae's. My decades of experience with Home Depot is that they are inexperienced & short staffed. Not the case with this store! Huge compliments for your friendly, cheerful and VERY helpful staff! On both visits I bought 3 of the larger trees and no way I could get them into the car by myself. On each occasion an employee put them in my car! Wish I would have gotten the first guys name. Today it was George Alfaro who was a great ambassador for Home Depot! My only complaint.... isn't the customer always right?!?! I tried to give them a tip & they steadfastly refused. Shame on Home Depot for not allowing your customer to do something that makes them happy!”

“The employee Julie that helped us was absolutely great! Friendly and knowledgeable on what we were purchasing... The selection to choose from she knew where to guide us to meet our needs and wants.. Also we got what we were looking for on sale! Lowe's absolutely needs more employees like her! Although we are having to wait for what we purchased ( washer & dryer with stands ) we are happy with the value compared to some of the other brands there! 4 stars are simply because the store didn't have inventory there. But Julie the employee was excellent!!! ( Give her a raise!)”
