“Extremely knowledgeable salesperson, Cliff shared historical information about brands and offerings and then tied this in with current technology trends including information about popular brands that may not be entirely what they seem and finally throwing in useful insight about new brand offerings in contrast. Very helpful tour of appliance history and current trends!”

“My fireplace hasn't worked since I bought my house in 2020. I had several calls and emails with Eric to identify the model and then booked an appointment. He was clear on the service fee and possible additional charges depending on the issue(s). Kevin arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and had the replacement control board needed for older model on hand. He was efficient and personable. We have a working fireplace now! Great service and people - would recommend!”

“I was finding components I needed for a home karaoke system and one of the floor employees, Courtney I think, helped me. She was exceptional! Quick with finding the right microphones I wanted and even helped me search for a cable my sound bar was missing. I had to talk to her about joining the Best Buy team as I was very interested in applying for a job there just based on her enthusiasm and how she talked about how good her team was. So they explained how to apply. I took up a lot of their time but all the staff were very friendly.”

“Everyone in the store were professional and extremely eager to help with all questions . Unfortunately the refrigerator we purchased would not finically fit through the door openings of our house . The 2 delivery guys went out of their way and did everything they could and exhausted all options including removing the doors and were very polite and apologetic for the situation even though it was my fault for not verifying ahead of time .”

“I was able to rent an auger they had 2 in stock. Apparently, you can't reserve heavy machines online as it showed nothing for Sat rentals. So I just called in and they opened at 6am. Victor was very helpful gave me the run down of the machine and got me out in no time. Thank you so much, Victor!”

“I recently visited Lowe’s in Tacoma because I was looking for a sliding door screen and some mesh. As soon as I walked in, I asked where the restroom was, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. It looked brand new and was very well maintained. After that, Jonathan helped me find what I was looking for, and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The store had a great selection, and the staff made the whole shopping experience easy and stress-free. I was able to find exactly what I needed without any hassle. Overall, I had a great experience at Lowe’s. The clean store, helpful staff, and great selection really stood out to me. I’ll definitely be shopping here again and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good home improvement store.”

“Home Depot is hands down my favorite home improvement store. Whether I need tools, lumber, paint, plumbing supplies, electrical parts, or garden materials, I can almost always find exactly what I’m looking for in one trip. The stores are clean, well organized, and the inventory is impressive. I especially appreciate that most products are in stock, and if I can’t find something, the employees are usually willing to help or check inventory for me. The quality of the products has been consistently good, and the prices are competitive. The return process is also straightforward, which gives me confidence when buying materials for bigger projects. As someone who regularly works on home improvement and detailing projects, Home Depot has become my go-to store. It saves me time, has a huge selection, and I’ve had many positive experiences here. Highly recommended for both DIY homeowners and professionals.”

“I went in to open a pro account for my work with some specific requests in mind, wasn't sure how closely I could align them to reality, and Ian at the pro services counter was extremely patient and great at explaining how everything works in terms of connecting the pro account to purchases our employees make, and the process of applying a resale permit to our purchases. I had a lot of questions that were probably very tedious, but he was super kind and walked me through each solution, and offered me follow-up if needed in the future. Thank you, Ian!!”

“I wish I remember the persons name that works in lumber there, maybe Jessie (working Easter)? EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - patient, got me a cart, helped select my plywood and cut it.I hate shopping because sometimes I feel people are working and not genuinely helping you. He helped me. Not that it matters but if it helps get him accolades, the gentleman was deaf. You're lucky to have him Home Depot!”

“Mike from Home Depot worked with Sherri to install our new storm/screen doors front and back. Despite a few hiccups with keys we now have great doors we can use to get a breeze in summer and keep out the cold in winter. Mike worked hard to make sure everything worked well. I would call him dedicated and diligent. Thanks Mike and Sherri!”
