“My fireplace hasn't worked since I bought my house in 2020. I had several calls and emails with Eric to identify the model and then booked an appointment. He was clear on the service fee and possible additional charges depending on the issue(s).
Kevin arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and had the replacement control board needed for older model on hand. He was efficient and personable.
We have a working fireplace now! Great service and people - would recommend!”

“The security guard at the time I went to pickup my XBOX was definitely not somebody meant to be in security and definitely not trained. But the service and employees are great and got me my online Xbox series X order to me quickly and at the right time while following FBI orders about when the right time would be to arrange for pickup. I also ordered once or twice on DoorDash and always got the products I wanted in a timely manner! Thank you Best Buy Tacoma”

“I was able to rent an auger they had 2 in stock. Apparently, you can't reserve heavy machines online as it showed nothing for Sat rentals. So I just called in and they opened at 6am. Victor was very helpful gave me the run down of the machine and got me out in no time. Thank you so much, Victor!”

“We had a great experience at Albert Lee in Tacoma. They had a large selection of models in store on display, which we didn't see at the regular hardware stores we went to. The sales person was actually knowledgeable about ranges and even took the time to demonstrate boiling water on an induction stove top. The range we picked was in stock, so it was delivered two days later. I received updates on arrival time, and then the delivery team was great. They were respectful and efficient, yet took the time to do everything right. They even tested the range before leaving. I will be coming back to Albert Lee the next time I need an appliance!”
“Everyone in the store were professional and extremely eager to help with all questions . Unfortunately the refrigerator we purchased would not finically fit through the door openings of our house . The 2 delivery guys went out of their way and did everything they could and exhausted all options including removing the doors and were very polite and apologetic for the situation even though it was my fault for not verifying ahead of time .”

“I'm a home owner and often go to Home Depot to buy stuff. To work on my home.
Anyway, there is one older gentleman who works here that I absolutely adore. If I have a question about ANYTHING (garden, tools, plumbing, fencing) I will wander the whole store until I find him, then ask him.
He is patient, will walk me to the place for the thing I couldn't find, answers questions, and then double checks that I have what i need before he heads off to help the next person.
I was in last week and needed a new dog warning sign for my gate. I couldn't find my guy so asked a different guy. His response (without even looking at me or acknowledging me), "Try aisle 12, 14, or 16. It's somewhere over there."
I still give this store 5 stars because it's Home Depot and I don't expect to have my hand held every time I walk in. I just really like the older guy best.”

“Went out looking for a sofa or loveseat, and ended up finding a beautiful cedar box. It's perfect for blankets or towels, or a kids' toy chest.
