“I was finding components I needed for a home karaoke system and one of the floor employees, Courtney I think, helped me. She was exceptional! Quick with finding the right microphones I wanted and even helped me search for a cable my sound bar was missing. I had to talk to her about joining the Best Buy team as I was very interested in applying for a job there just based on her enthusiasm and how she talked about how good her team was. So they explained how to apply. I took up a lot of their time but all the staff were very friendly.”
“My fireplace hasn't worked since I bought my house in 2020. I had several calls and emails with Eric to identify the model and then booked an appointment. He was clear on the service fee and possible additional charges depending on the issue(s).
Kevin arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and had the replacement control board needed for older model on hand. He was efficient and personable.
We have a working fireplace now! Great service and people - would recommend!”

“I was able to rent an auger they had 2 in stock. Apparently, you can't reserve heavy machines online as it showed nothing for Sat rentals. So I just called in and they opened at 6am. Victor was very helpful gave me the run down of the machine and got me out in no time. Thank you so much, Victor!”

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - patient, got me a cart, helped select my plywood and cut it.I hate shopping because sometimes I feel people are working and not genuinely helping you. He helped me. Not that it matters but if it helps get him accolades, the gentleman was deaf. You're lucky to have him Home Depot!”

“We had a great experience at Albert Lee in Tacoma. They had a large selection of models in store on display, which we didn't see at the regular hardware stores we went to. The sales person was actually knowledgeable about ranges and even took the time to demonstrate boiling water on an induction stove top. The range we picked was in stock, so it was delivered two days later. I received updates on arrival time, and then the delivery team was great. They were respectful and efficient, yet took the time to do everything right. They even tested the range before leaving. I will be coming back to Albert Lee the next time I need an appliance!”

“Everyone in the store were professional and extremely eager to help with all questions . Unfortunately the refrigerator we purchased would not finically fit through the door openings of our house . The 2 delivery guys went out of their way and did everything they could and exhausted all options including removing the doors and were very polite and apologetic for the situation even though it was my fault for not verifying ahead of time .”
“I went in to open a pro account for my work with some specific requests in mind, wasn't sure how closely I could align them to reality, and Ian at the pro services counter was extremely patient and great at explaining how everything works in terms of connecting the pro account to purchases our employees make, and the process of applying a resale permit to our purchases. I had a lot of questions that were probably very tedious, but he was super kind and walked me through each solution, and offered me follow-up if needed in the future. Thank you, Ian!!”

The stores are clean, well organized, and the inventory is impressive. I especially appreciate that most products are in stock, and if I can’t find something, the employees are usually willing to help or check inventory for me.
The quality of the products has been consistently good, and the prices are competitive. The return process is also straightforward, which gives me confidence when buying materials for bigger projects.

“I recently visited Lowe’s in Tacoma because I was looking for a sliding door screen and some mesh. As soon as I walked in, I asked where the restroom was, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. It looked brand new and was very well maintained.
After that, Jonathan helped me find what I was looking for, and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The store had a great selection, and the staff made the whole shopping experience easy and stress-free. I was able to find exactly what I needed without any hassle.
