I don't know why others have negative reviews of this CU. I have had several CU's. Three of them were good in the beginning, and went terribly bad later. TwinStar (now Peak) is one of them. I have always had a great experience with NCU so far (3-5 years I think)?

my wife and I went into the branch to add her to my account and to make another account for my wife. Jose st the front desk with his amazing attitude took care of us right there on the spot at the front receptionist. Navy Fed lacey branch pls promote Jose his an amazing employee
