WSECU is a member-owned credit union serving the people of Washington State. They combine a deep love for their state with exceptional personal service, lower fees, and banking anywhere, anytime. The dollars WSECU members deposit go right back into the local community, helping members build their homes, go to college, create more jobs, and strengthen the economy. Members praise the credit union's friendly and helpful staff. Veronica, a WSECU employee, was described as very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and providing exceptional customer service. The new branch manager, Melissa M., was able to address a member's concerns and retain their business. Loan officer Howard G. was commended for his expertise and great conversation. Another member highlighted the service they received from Lisa, who reviewed the member's accounts and made recommendations to earn more interest. The member had been a WSECU member since 1971 and appreciated Lisa's efforts. WSECU's services are also appreciated by local businesses. A car salesman noted that his customers always leave happy after working with loan officers Melissa and Howard. Overall, members find the best time to visit is around 12:30 pm when there is no wait for service.
