“My daughter and I visited this location today and I was extremely happy with my experience! I’m not exactly sure whether she was a manager or what, but one of the ladies working was the sweetest human being I’ve ever encountered. She said hi to my baby many times, greeted everyone around the store, and I even overheard her asking about her employee’s lives and just their overall well being. I can tell she cares about people and her store! The bathrooms were clean and the merchandise was neat and tidy. We will be back anytime we need something!”

“This is not the store I usually go to when I do go, but it was one of the cleaner Ross stores I have been to. It's pretty big and lots to choose from. The cashier did shove a newborn knit blanket in with hangers (that I now need to swap if they have any more because it is Super cute and we have a brand new grandson), but other than that, decent experience at this store.”

It helps me get my essentials quickly and easily. Usually my orders are ready less than 2 hours. I would recommend that everyone use their app to search and locate items at the store.”

“Wonderful employees and a nice store when customers aren't throwing everything everywhere and stealing stuff. It seems like a lot of people don't realize that many of the employees in there are online store shoppers and do not need to help customers or jump through millions of hoops just to satisfy one customer. Employees with carts to take online orders have the main objective of fulfilling online orders on time, not you! These people work long hours and it seems like customers are the rudest and feel entitled to run them to the ground, and are doing their absolute best as HUMANS and employees to do their job and get paid.”
“Hadn't been to lane Bryant in a couple of months yesterday's experience was night and day from 2 months ago 2 months ago I walked in the store they virtually ignored me. Did not acknowledge went back yesterday. It was a completely different staff They greeted me. They were helpful they directed me. What I couldn't find at the store they offered to order for me. It was night and day. It was like finding a lost friend and I have been going to lane Bryant for almost 40 years. A beautiful experience yesterday. Thank you, ladies.”
