“We look forward to the Lakewood Farmers Market each year. The produce is a bit pricey compared to local stores. We prefer to go and support those businesses you mainly find at the market like the sourdough bread both, Mead booth, etc.”

“Brunson's is a bit of a well kept neighborhood secret. This little store is bigger than it appears. It is chocked full of grocery items you may need in between major trips to a large name-brand store. The only thing I have not discovered here is fresh local produce. Otherwise, this family-run gem has reasonable prices, friendly staff, and a tremendous variety/span of products. In their kitchen, they prepare hot food like chicken, joes, gyoza, gizzards, pizza pockets and more. This makes it a great convenient place to stop for a quick lunch snack, or when you just need a few items and want to avoid crowds.”
“Their pickup service is the best. They are fast efficient and always friendly. Inside is always clean. I love that they have two Washington lottery machines. The only con is late late at night not enough cashiers.”

“I went into the store today needing sides for my potluck. I went to the deli and was greeted by Colin who was very friendly, professional and sociable. He helped me out and we had a good talk while doing so. Once I finished up there I went to check out where Amy was my Cashier, she was very sweet and also very professional, even dealing with her pill of a co-worker who was buying soda but then needed a refund she was kind and professional all the way through. I hope Safeway actually reads these comments and values these two amazing and exceptional employees and rewards them. It is a rarity to have top of the line customer service now-a-days and this Safeway has it thanks specifically to these two individuals”

“Anyone else had their card info stolen after they put in the new pumps? A week ago I was there and a few days later my credit card info was used at walgreens in puyallup. I had my physical card on me at the time of fraud. I love going to this fuel station and super convenient to use my card instead of walking in. Now, I have to pay cash instead.”
“Nice size local convenience stores that most likely will have the essentials you need. Forexample, toilet paper, paper towels baking stuff, spices/condiments, breakfast stuff, beer/wine, and even small selection of produce. I was able to find everything I needed for the house when I didn't have time to go to the actual grocery store.”
“Wonderful employees and a nice store when customers aren't throwing everything everywhere and stealing stuff. It seems like a lot of people don't realize that many of the employees in there are online store shoppers and do not need to help customers or jump through millions of hoops just to satisfy one customer. Employees with carts to take online orders have the main objective of fulfilling online orders on time, not you! These people work long hours and it seems like customers are the rudest and feel entitled to run them to the ground, and are doing their absolute best as HUMANS and employees to do their job and get paid.”

“I had a problem locating the pickup parking spots. I blame the poor signage. Apparently if I had entered this store lot from a particular entrance I would not have been able to miss the pickup spaces. I entered from the Garden Center end of the store and never saw the HUGE sign for pickup parking.?”

“I have been coming here about 12 years . I have never had any issues . Actually I live 1 block from a Walgreens and prefer to just use this pharmacy instead . I have never had any issues . I read some of your reviews and I’m a woman of color . And I have never had any issues . I work nights and your hours work for me. So I will say I thank you for your service of 12 years .”
