“These guys (and gals, they have a couple working there now) have been just fine with me - and my wife. I am somewhat amused that they were so annoyed had to wait for help after contractors (who after all they have long-term relationships with and are doing large transactions, sorry!). By the way have these people tried to FIND anyone available who can help them at Home Depot? True they are set up for contractors, this is not the place to browse around like you do in a hardware store. I have found if they don't have it they either are happy to order or cheerfully suggest where else you can get it nearby. I think this place is great.”
