Animal Hospital By the Sea: Dieden Jean DVM
114 Second Street, LangleyWe were so pleased with the great results of how the spay operation on our beagle was done. A small incision and our dog was fine in every way which we were surprised to see. The doctor called afterwards to check on her. There were just no problems. No worries with Dr. Dieden.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Whidbey Island Distillery
3466 Craw Rd, LangleyWhidbey Island Distillery is a must-stop! The staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home. The tasting was relaxed and fun — their raspberry liqueur was my favorite. Beautiful spot, great people, delicious liquors and a nice whiskey. We bought several bottles. Will definitely be back!

Spoiled Dog Winery
5881 Maxwelton Rd, LangleyVisited this winery when I was showing my girlfriend’s mom around Washington. We have never been here before and just happened to get off the ferry right as they opened so we stopped in. The staff here is WONDERFUL and so kind. The experience was great, wine was very good and the atmosphere of the place was great. Very cute set up with heaters to keep you cozy while you sit and enjoy your wine. Ended up buying a few bottles to share at dinner that night. This will become a regular visit for us whenever you head up to Whidbey. Thanks for making our experience so great ❤️

Double Bluff Brewing Company
121 Second Street, LangleyGreat brewery on Whidbey Island with a very laid back vibe, dog-friendly outdoor space, food truck and a reeaaalllyy good ESB! Friendly servers, interesting locals and lots of visitors.
Could just go on and on about their ESB, as good as any from the UK! Malty with a slightly sweet back. Hard to find anywhere and hard to imagine a more pleasant space to enjoy one!
Not bluffing, go all in on Double Bluff.

Flower House Cafe
2780 Marshview Ave, LangleyThe Flower House Cafe is definitely worth the hype - we stopped in on a typical, rainy PNW fall day and the tomato soup and grilled cheese combo was the perfect way to warm up and fuel up! The toffee almond latte was incredible and all the food was out super quick (which was extra surprising considering we were with a large group)! There was plenty of outdoor seating but not much space inside; luckily the weather wasn't too bad out of the rain. Definitely will be coming back when we're on the island again!

Ultra House
221 Second Street # 9A, LangleyOn friday night, we waited ~20min. We walked around the town until we got a text message that our table was ready.
After we sat down, we ordered 2 Shoyu, 1 spicy miso, and 1 Shrimp Tan Tan.
Tan Tan: The broth for Tan Tan tasted clean and not greasy as it does not contain meat. It had a spicy kick to the broth which I loved. There were 4 shrimps that were perfectly cooked, not dry.
Spicy Miso: the broth also had a kick to it. This broth was a bit thicker than Tan Tan's as the ramen contains meat. It wasn't greasy and salty.
Shoyu: this broth is the thickest and heaviest. A bit greasy but not too greasy.
All ramen weren't salty and were delicious even for non-ramen lover like myself. We will be back!

Whidbey Pies Pie Shop
111 Anthes Ave, LangleyNot my first time eating Whidbey Pies, but it was my first time at this little location- I really should have bought a whole pie for Thanksgiving- but instead I bought a slice of pear-cranberry pie. Omgoodness- it was delicious and very similar to apple pie. Shockingly so. Since I didn't buy a whole pie, I had to bake my own- but this is definitely a wonderful substitute if you don't bake! Highly recommend!!

197 Second Street, LangleyFood was top tier, fresh qualities and made with care. We ordered the Shakshuka and The Braeburn, and finished every last bite. Service was spectacular, attentive but also gave us the privacy needed to explain our feast. Ambiance: brightly lit, with tasteful decor. Fun and charming vibe.
