19709 Pacific Hwy F, LynnwoodI went in one Mmud Nat for a harness and they didn’t have my size Color so the clerk helped me try one on of different color for fit and then called another store to find the size and color I needed. They put it on hold for 2 days and I picked up and no wait or fuss. The harness was pricey but I am not sure that is a Mud Bay markup. Also their rewards program is pretty lame and the
Clerk was unconvincing of its worth. Basically receipt tracking was the selling point and. It worth it to me. So a point off for those issues. Otherwise clean stores and helpful welcoming staff who clearly like animals.

18820 Hwy 99, LynnwoodI wanted to take a moment to recognize Corey at PetSmart for going above and beyond for me and my dog, Nemo.
Nemo is a three-legged dog, and Corey gave us his undivided attention from the moment he started helping us. He was incredibly patient and made sure to accommodate her disability and find what would work best for her.
What really stood out to me was that Corey noticed I needed to keep a tight grip on Nemo while managing all of the equipment we had. Without me even having to ask, he helped carry everything outside and load it up for me.
That might seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot. Corey didn’t just show up and do the minimum required of his job. He was genuinely kind, attentive, and willing to help another person and their dog. You can tell when someone is simply providing customer service versus when someone is actually a warm-hearted person who cares — Corey is definitely the latter.
PetSmart, give this guy a raise! Employees like Corey are the reason customers remember a store and want to come back. Thank you, Corey, for taking such great care of Nemo and helping us out!

This team trimmed his nails in just a couple of minutes! We were amazed at how confident, calm, and efficient they were. So grateful to finally find a place that can handle him. Highly recommend!

She’s very skittish and has lots of anxiety. I was nervous at first until I seen Jennifer come out grab my dog with a big smile. Gave her a huge hug and a kiss like it was her own. I really do appreciate that and it made me feel more comfortable. She’s a great associate. I definitely recommend her if you have a small dog that has lots of anxiety.

From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They treated both us and our pet with so much kindness and compassion, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
The veterinarians were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining everything. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. It was clear that they truly care about the health and well-being of every animal that comes through their doors.
The hospital itself was clean, organized, and had such a calm and comforting atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in providing excellent care and creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
It’s hard to find a veterinary team you trust completely, but Alderwood Companion Veterinarian Hospital whas absolutely earned that trust. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the technicians really handled our cat with care. The appointment consisted of an annual checkup, with blood draw (SDMA, TT4, CBC) and parasite (worm) fecal test. The results were delivered quickly and all points explained. Our normally high strung pet even showed low stress with Dr. McLaughlin, who supplied our pet a delicious treat and explained necessary aftercare to ensure our pet's best interest and quality of life. All in all...it was a very nice visit and I highly recommend Northpointe to anyone.

Her compassion, experience, and thorough examination of Allie’s endoscopy findings meant so much to us. Even though she was incredibly busy, she returned both my husband’s and my phone calls and took the time to explain everything with genuine concern for Allie. When I started crying, she even offered me a tissue. We ultimately had to say goodbye to our beloved girl, but I will always be grateful for Dr. Chan’s kindness, professionalism, and compassion during such a heartbreaking time. Thank you, Dr. Chan, for caring so deeply for Allie and our family.

The lime flavor was spot on… bright, fresh, and balanced without being overly tart or too sweet. The graham cracker crust was perfect too: buttery, crisp, and held together beautifully. You can tell a lot of care goes into these pies. Definitely one of the better Key Lime pies we’ve had and we’ll absolutely be back for more.

I ordered the Lechon Kawali Roll. The crispy pork belly was generous, but the pieces were so thick the sandwich wouldn’t close, making it one of those impossible to eat, Instagram only sandwiches. The hoagie roll was the biggest letdown. The one thing that was literally holding it all together was so hard and dry that it crumbled and fell apart with every difficult bite. I wish I had ordered this as a rice bowl (which is an option).
My husband’s adobo chicken sandwich had a much better brioche bun. He said it was a good chicken sandwich, but not really adobo. The lumpia was good, and the staff was super friendly.
I really wanted to love this place. We probably wouldn’t make a special trip back, but if we were nearby, we’d consider trying again for the bowls and desserts.

PAWS Companion Animal Shelter (Progressive Animal Welfare Society)
15305 44th Ave W, LynnwoodI had a great experience with PAWS! The people who work there are true animal lovers like me! They talked me through everything concerning adopting my kitten who I named Pushti. I was allowed to visit Pushti in her foster home a few times before adopting her. She chose me! She is about 8 weeks old now. She is home with me now in her forever home 🩷. The adoption process was very easy. I first filled out a questionnaire, then I had a phone interview. I called PAWS every couple of days to check on the status of when I could bring her home. Yesterday they called me the day after she had her spay surgery. They gave her all of her shots and she was ready to go. I love my little Pushti ♥. Thanks PAWS!
