“*Edit: (Friday, April 25 2025) Open once again!
Temporarily closed! As of today (Friday, April 18 2025) the Safeway fuel station is closed for maintenance and service for approximately two weeks. (Other than that, the staff is always excellent and welcoming here.)”
“Charming pit stop just outside Lake Wenatchee! I was pleasantly surprised to find gas prices nearly a dollar cheaper than in the Seattle area. The restrooms were spotless and well-maintained.”
“I get it. People have high expectations of a market or gas station, but when you’re on the road and appropriate stations are few and far between, I think it’s fair to set the bar a bit lower. I’m happy we were able to charge nextdoor at the supercharger and stop in here to use their relatively clean restroom and we bought a drink to-go. Our tires needed a lil air, and they had free air which is not something you see too often. For people complaining about filling propane tanks and this or the other, maybe plan your trips better. And get your propane at that other store. Happy travels.”

“This place was the only place open (it’s midnight - Monday night / almost Tuesday morning right now so they are one of the only places that are actually open still) - the guy was super friendly and they accept food stamps :D not sure if ACTUALLY open 24 hours - maybe the gas pumps are 24 hours? But either way, I went in and had to use the rest room and it was really clean and nice, plus they had a good selection of snacks, candies, drinks and misc “home-ish” items. I had been driving around town for an hour or so, looking for a restroom, so I was about to give up home entirely and just go on the road somewhere else but I’m SOOOO thankful it didn’t come to that!! :) 10/10 would recommend! :)”

Gas Stations
“This positively cavernous convenience store is always my last stop in Leavenworth before the four-and-a-half hour drive back home. While any gas station isn't much to write home about, and the prices on just about everything here are a bit steep (par for the course for a tourist town in the middle of the mountains), they sell *everything* here. Drinks, food (including a hot deli & attached Subway), clothes, souvenirs, and a lot more. It's a great spot to stock up for a road trip. In my experience, the staff have always been pleasant and patient, even with the (often inebriated or belligerent) customers that stagger in during an Oktoberfest or Christmas Lighting festival. Expect to pay tourist prices, but you'll find what you need.”
“For a place that has stood here for decades it still has a local feel to it. Nice people overall but you can really tell the place is a vacation beer stop more than a local store anymore. The parking lot also can be a zoo on the weekends.”
