“It was a nice welcome for us to find this place on our journey. I know Best Western is decent. Now BW PLUS is much better. Not just a name. The nice amenities included a full breakfast bar for the morning time, coffee, tea, cocoa whenever you'd like. Sadly, the pool and hot tub are closed into the unforseen future. That was a let down, but it sounds like they've had a hassle of a time with the repairs. Not really their fault. It better be up and running our next time through. I will update my review when it is.”

“The location was great. It's off the highway and close to restaurants. The room was clean, but floors weren't carpeted. Bring your slippers. There is no wall art, just one full-length mirror and one mirror over the sink. The light above the sink had a very obnoxious white glow that made it difficult to see makeup colors. The room was very dark. It definitely could use some lighting upgrades. Beds were comfortable and each had 4 pillows. They had a Keurig coffee maker and a microwave and mini fridge. I gave only 3 stars for service because there is no one at the front desk from midnight to 8 am, so if you have a problem with your key, you are out of luck. Parking is just good. “Did not stay at Hotel overnight but used a conference room for 3 days. Comfortable temperature, plenty of beverages, great lighting, and bathroom was always clean & stocked. Thank you.”

“Better than other hotels in the immediate area. Been in and out of Spokane for work a few times now, this is the most bang for your buck. Hotel is nice, breakfast is good. Fitness center is polished and clean. Pool is over chlorinated but usable. Hot tub is big and nice. I'll be booking here again for the next trip. Bonus: no pet fee so I felt comfortable bringing my kitten along.”

“Our go-to stay when road tripping between home and family. The rooms are clean, look good, and have everything we need. The lobby is full of great amenities and the service has always been good. Also breakfast is legitimately good. Stores amd gas stations are not too far away, although I wish there was a grocery store a touch closer. Very easy to do Uber Eats to though. Nothing to complain about!”

“Me and my best friend, along with our two dogs were on vacation and got in an accident where the driver running the red light totaled my car. We went to the hospital which was less than a minute away and afterwards were completely stranded without any chance of a rental car or anything until the next day. We decided to look around because we were probably going to be stuck on the street for the night but we found the Comfort Inn. We hadn't planned on any hotels and it wasn't really in our budget but it had been a rough day and it was a Sunday so we thought we would see if they could help us out. We got there and Ashley at the front desk was so sweet and kind and wonderful! She helped us out and found us a room and an added bonus they had free breakfast in the morning which she told us it was really great. This was literally the most wonderful part of our day and we were so thankful to have a beautiful place to stay out of the heat and a super comfortable bed to rest our sore bodies. Ashley you are an amazing caring person and I hope you get the recognition you deserve!”

“Pretty great service, room, and breakfast. The best part was that our room 110 had paranormal activity both nights we stayed. We were sitting beside each other when we both felt a sudden chill, and not 2 minutes later a coffee cup lid flew off the dresser. There was another cup lid that didn't move at all. The next night, the lamp light flickered and about a minute later I heard strange crackling sounds behind the desk chair and then on the bed. My boyfriend kept feeling chills even with the heater on, and he never gets cold. We loved it and will definitely be back.”

“CLEAN! Comfortable rooms & beds. Breakfast was great - wide variety from full hot breakfast of waffles, scabbled eggs & sausage to cereal & milk to grab-and-go options. Friendly & helpful staff! The young man working breakfast kept everything stocked & all the tables wiped on a busy morning. Both front desk people we encountered were delightful & eager to help. We would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel & would stay again.”

“Staffs and services were awesome. Breakfast was very good too. Room was good but carpet in the room needs to be cleaned, my son's feet were so dirty that they were black and that's from the carpet. Fridge and microwave needs to be cleaned as well. This is a suggestion to make your Hotal more awesome. Because it's really a good place with a nice staffs and service. ☺️”

“Stayed for 1 night while traveling. No frills hotel off the interstate, for a pretty reasonable price point.
Room was clean and quiet, only real complaint is the shower head being a little too low, lol. I've never stayed at a Red Lion so I can't compare to others.

We didn't eat breakfast, but it looked like they had waffles, cereal, your normal hotel basics.”
