1816 North Pepper Lane, Liberty Lake WA 99019
“We got in at nearly midnight. Check-in process was quick and easy, the customer service at the front desk was very good. The location was convenient and pretty much right off I-90 and there was plenty of room to park the 26'' U-haul truck and auto transport trailer. We would definitely stay there again.”

“I lost my father. Priceline charged me 3x for one night stay, but the staff here made the difference. They cared for me even though they didn’t have to. They treated me like close friends. They gave me the most quiet area of the hotel building to mourn my loss. They gave me a hug when I couldn’t stand the pain of my loss. I will never forget this place and the staff. Exceptional people 🤍.”

“I was expecting an older run down hotel. This place IS NICE! I was really impressed. The front desk people are really friendly. I got a room with a kitchen, the kitchen has everything you would need. Including a convection microwave, YPU CAN BAKE A PIZZA IN IT! The rooms are actually really nice, good shower head pressure, zero mold, clean carpet, nice tile. Like I said, I was really impressed”

“Very clean, just enough space in the rooms. I really liked the way they look. Very comfy bed; slept like a baby! Front desk associates were welcoming and friendly. I feel like breakfast was kind of flavorless....the pancakes and the bagels are where its at!”

“May not have curb appeal but the entire hotel was remodeled on the inside from top to bottom. Located right off the freeway in a mostly light industrial area. Beds are very comfortable, nice bathroom. Has a nice indoor pool.”

“Front desk English and volume was lacking. Broken hair dryer. Room comfortable and acceptably clean. Shower curtain leaking through material. Floor and toilet got very wet.”

4100 W Riverbend Ave, Post Falls ID 83854
“Was very nervous based on other reviews of this location that I saw after booking for the night. This was nothing like the reviews had stated the customer service from the front desk was amazing and the room that we got was clean and safe no broken locks or windows there was no staining on sheets or messes left anywhere. Very much worth the price. We had zero complaints!!”

“The staff is super friendly, super helpful, and will go out of their way to accommodate and make you feel comfortable. Location is fabulous! Walmart, subway, panda,Atilanos, gas stations, everything is located nearby across the street. Burlington, & Ross in case you need something to where in a pinch. Great breakfast. Rooms are great, bathrooms could use re caulking, paint, and cleaner tubs. Their service more than made up for it.”
