“I really love what UPS does for it customers. They have a very wide range of services and I especially appreciate the Amazon relationship for returns. I am a little disturbed about the prices for my personal shipping and I wish the employees were a little friendlier. They’re typically pretty grumpy when I go there, but they are very knowledgeable and helpful so I guess I’ll deal with it.”

I had a young lady help me today and what was confusion from another UPS nearby, she handled my problem like it was nothing. A big smile, handed me a receipt and I was done!
