“I had my restaurant equipment here for years. I found their facility very well maintained, newer, secure, and clean. I don't even think my equipment got dusty in my unit. There were no issues with animals or intrusions of any type that I know of. I think their pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I've used, and their units were the best I've ever used. If I didn't now have my own shop to keep my equipment in, I would definitely keep using Pines & Trent Storage. And they would be who I would first recommend to anyone. Definitely utilize them if you are looking for high quality secure storage!”
“Overall, pretty positive experience.
I only ever really had to interact with staff in person or over the phone when I first got my unit eleven months ago. They were very helpful and friendly.
Facility is clean and easily accessible. The hours are pretty good for accessing units. The location feels secure. I never worried too much about something happening to my stuff, and nothing ever did.
When I vacated the unit, the process was very easy. I actually ended up getting all my stuff out before completing the “schedule move out” process through the app, which I did almost as an afterthought. I got my confirmation emails on the day rent would have been due for another month, and the rest is history.
Only con I can really mention (to keep this review realistic) is that there was a price hike after about three or four months. It didn’t seem unreasonable, but nonetheless, it happened. If the rent had stayed what it was when I originally got my unit, I might have been willing to keep renting the unit a little bit longer (essentially, I’m saying the price hike was a deciding factor between “wanting” to store my stuff and “needing” to store my stuff, and I didn’t need to anymore).
All in all, like I said, my experience was pretty positive. I would certainly go there again if I found myself needing to store things again.”
“Brenda and her counterparts at Storage-Mart at 16715 East Trent are the absolute best. The facility is clean and has easy access in and out. The keypad/contactless entry is a nice bonus when you’re in a hurry. The key broke in my lock and she gave me another one at no cost. World class customer service from these folks. Leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. If you’re looking for the right place to store your belongings in the East Valley vicinity, this is the first place you should contact. Rates are great as well.”
“Not a bad storage place. Privately owned and operated so your money is staying local rather than contributing to profit margins for some CEO on the East Coast. The owners are very nice and even went the extra mile to fix a snafu that caused a major problem for me. Property is nice and pretty secure. Other places I've used play a game where they keep raising the rent till it's not worth the price anymore. These guys don't do that. Prices stay pretty level. The location is a little hard to get to but its worth the trouble to find. The office hours are weird but they make themselves available by phone for emergencies if you know where to look for the info. The yard hours are reasonable. In the end, I'd recommend them to family.”

My husband and I rented two different units here while we worked on finding a home after moving back to the area from New York, and I cannot stress enough how attentive, friendly, and helpful the staff is! I had multiple questions and concerns as I had never rented a storage unit before, and no one was ever impatient with me. I absolutely recommend this facility, and their prices are great! “Breck went absolutely above and beyond to help us during a very complicated long-distance move. When our original moving truck reservation fell through, the moving company ended up providing two smaller trucks with two car haulers instead of the one large truck we had planned for. What could have been a complete logistical nightmare was made so much easier because of Breck.
He proactively coordinated pickup times, helped us navigate the process of getting two difficult trailers hooked up, and even coordinated with the moving company when one of the trucks had a dead battery and needed a technician to come out. He stayed involved throughout the process, making sure everything was resolved and that we could get safely on the road.
Breck was consistently friendly, responsive, patient, and proactive, though many of the problems were outside of his responsibility. He genuinely went the extra mile to make a stressful situation manageable, and we really appreciated having someone so helpful and dependable in our corner. Excellent customer service and a huge asset to the company. I would absolutely recommend working with A Better Storage Solution because of Breck. Thank you!”
