“I was initially worried as I saw all the bad reviews, they must've changed management or we just got really lucky. We opted for self check in/out but couldnt find the kiosk so we went inside and an associate was very helpful! He told us all the steps/precautions to take when checking the truck out. When I asked how to return after hours he gave us full instructions. Only rented a 10' truck for about 4 hours. We went a little over our estimated miles but it only cost an additional $4. They sent us the invoice and that was that. Simple transaction that went off smoothly!”
