“Best place to get books in the lower mainland. Friendly staff, good selection, fair pricing, and they will happily order a book for you if they don't have it in stock. I also appreciate the token system, if you don't take a bag they give you a token to choose an organization where you would like a donation sent to (There is 4 or 5 jars to choose from). They even have a cute rescue cat!”

“Village Books and Paper Dreams is thr kind of bookstore you could spend hours in. It's beautiful space, feels warm and inviting, and has 2 whole floors to explore. Thr staff is very knowledgeable and happy to chat about recommendations too. They also had an amazing array of decor and giftable items for sale. Village Books is one of those bookstores that existed while Barnes and Noble was at the height of its power and it is still surviving in Amazon times, so keep supporting local and check out this shop!”
