“I'm writing this review for an exceptional man. His name is Michael. He has worked for Rich's for 19 plus years. He is one of the kindest men I have ever met. I was having issues with my pellet stove and Michael was sent to my home to do the repairs. This man went to work immediately and with in minutes he knew what the problem was and he ordered a part and was back at my home early the next morning. Unfortunately, a couple of days later there was another issue. It was early morning and it was bitter cold outside, with no other source of heat I panicked and I called Michael not realizing it was only 7 am on a Sunday. Michael had given me his personal phone number just in case I had any other problems with my pellet stove. I'm a single 75 year old disabled female. He called me shortly afterward and he was at my home 30 minutes later. He has a very supportive loving wife who allowed him to jump out of bed and come to my rescue. He was unable to fix the stove because he had no way to get the part on a Sunday. Michael was very upset and concerned that I had no heat. The following morning when he got to work he convinced his boss John to replace my stove with a brand new one. It takes a very special person to go out on a limb for someone he doesn't know. Ten thumbs up Michael. you deserve the man of the year award along with your precious wife.”

“I had a problem with my old laptop which I have coverage on through Best Buy Total. It was a hardware issue that couldn't be solved by the online help. It was easily solved by taking it in, then them letting me know what fan to order off of Amazon and a quick return appointment to have it installed.I had had the hard drive replaced a few years ago, the laptop is still super fast and has lots of room left so I felt no need to replace it. I was glad to solve it this way. This policy is my most utilized insurance coverage and I've been impressed with their responses.”

“Recently I went to the Lynnwood store for some help in ordering a broken knob on our Fisher & Paykel range. I hadn't purchased the range from Albert Lee, it came with the new house we had purchased. Still, after explaining the situation to Aaron Lynch, he quickly took down my info and ordered a replacement for delivery directly to my house at no cost to me. Furthermore, he helped me with troubleshooting a noisy refrigerator, the result is that my fridge became much quieter, nearly silent. This was my second visit to this store, the first time in search of a low cost dishwasher. On that visit a different salesperson showed me what they had to offer and gave me helpful advice on what to look for...no hard sell. Albert Lee will be my first stop next time I'm in the market for an appliance.”

“Friendly Staff and I'm not sure if it's because they stock more or if this store is less frequented since it's basically part of the mall, or at least have to deal with mall traffic, They have almost everything still available from the holiday sales Home Depot is offering this year, compared to the others around that are starting to dwindle in inventory or those items. I will definitely deal with the mall traffic and start making my way to this one more often.”
