“Wow!! Today was the best service I have ever received at this location. We have been shopping here for 5 years and today we had a whole experience! We went for 40 cinder blocks, 6 bags of pea gravel and 8 bags of soil. We expected to load it all ourselves but Omar and Emanuel offered to help when they saw us coming back with empty flat beds. “I took two sewing machines in for repair. Lisa, who helped me with the whole process was fantastic. Based on her advice, I opted to have my Kenmore machine repaired and purchased a maintenance plan for it. Rather than repair the 2nd machine, I was able to buy a pre-owned Bernina instead and I am very happy with this great little sewing machine. Lisa sat down with me and showed me how to use the Bernina before I took it home. She even repaired my broken eyeglasses which was really above and beyond for customer service! I highly recommend Quality Sewing & Vacuum and can't say enough good things about Lisa's expertise and care for the customer!”
“We recently moved and one of our biggest worries was that we would have trouble fitting a laundry center in the tight and narrow space that was dedicated for it. We called Albert Lee to ask for their input and they were so friendly and helpful. We let them know the machine we were interested in and we sent them pictures of the laundry space, the narrow hallway that the machine would have to fit through, and all dimensions. After they said they could install the machine, we were able to order it over the phone and the machine arrived 3 days later. The delivery/installation team was great! Very friendly and informative, and they were able to successfully install the machine without any issues! All in all, excellent customer service from the beginning, friendly and informative. They even said we could refuse delivery and get a refund in the event that the machine could not be installed, since we did our due diligence with providing pictures and measurements. Would recommend Albert Lee to anyone and will definitely use them in the future for our appliance needs.”

“Absolutely incredible customer service. They answered my calls, patiently heard me out, and carefully walked me through a series of steps until I figured out what was wrong with my heater. And when I realized I needed a few parts - for a marine heater that's 14 years old - they looked them up, had them in stock, and shipped them across the country in a matter of days. All this for someone who wasn't their original install. I won't go anywhere else for heating needs!”

It seems that their inventory levels has been a little less than what they were in the past, but 3 out of 6 times I go in there they never have what I'm looking for.. But it's the closest store from my place so the convenience is more than the inventory.”

“Best supply house in the area. All the counter guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Even if they don’t necessarily carry a specific brand/part they will go out of their way to help find who does and/or point in the right direction. Although, they carry a lot, or at the very least can access pretty much anything in the HVAC world. All the counter guys go the extra mile every single time.”

“We were helping my daughter put together her new bedframe. One of the screws would not go in. It turns out they forgot to tap that particular hole to receive a screw. I took the part and the screw to this Home Depot. The person in tools determined the size of the screw and pointed me to the appropriate tap and tap handle. I successfully used these and we were able to finish assembling the bed frame. Excellent customer service!”

“HUGE shout out to my man Jesse. If you go this store, you will likely run into him and he will be working his butt off. He helped us design our kitchen with cabinets and countertops. He was always trying to problem solve our restrictions. He thought about a ton of scenarios we overlooked. He was always looking to save us the most money by keeping in contact about new sales. While installing the cabinets he took every single one of our calls and got the information we needed. This store is lucky to have him.
Also, please hire more people at this Lowes. It is becoming a very common occurrence where departments just don't have someone during peak hours of the day.”

“I can usually find what I need here for whatever home project I have going on. Military discount has saved me a ton over the years. We built a new deck this summer and were able to fully furnish (chairs, table, rockers, sofa, outdoor carpet, etc) with amazing end of season prices. The employee at Lowe's helped us locate everything in the store, separated into different loads, and help put it all in our truck.”
