“These folks were awesome! I brought in my window screen and AC window adapter to have a polycarbonate window insert made to fit my Midea Duo AC [the white one from Costco]. (You can just tell them dimensions and what kind of hose it is, I was overprepared lol.) I chose the 1/8th inch and am able to tape it with aluminum foil tape to the screen!
I put in the request on Monday and got a call on Wednesday that it was completed. Very easy and fast. :) I was worried about it not fitting on my unit the first time, due to another review about such an issue. However, I have no problems attaching and detaching my unit to the screen.

First off, the staff here are very friendly knowledgeable, and have been able to assist me with most technical questions and issues I've been able to throw at them.
they stock a huge variety of stuff, so odds are whatever weird fitting or widget you'll need, they got 'em
I absolutely love how their phone number takes you to their actual store, and not an AI robot or some call center out nowhere.
I was in a major pickle today with my buried well line, and the manager here Joe came to the rescue, I was able to get the job done and restore water just in time for the wife to get home.

“I just wanted to say, I have been having absolutely stellar experiences here lately. The lumber is always top shelf, but the staff are seriously incredible. Today, I picked up some cedar for a outdoor project - the counter person (didn't catch his name) found the best way to purchase boards to make my build as efficient as possible. Dominic and Joey in they yard, took all the time needed to find the best looking and straightest boards. They even cut some up to the lengths I needed and to fit in my truck. This saved me a lot of time. These guys were extremely helpful, very thoughtful with the selections they made and made sure to take good care of me, the best they could. Even on the way out, every single worker waved at me with a giant smile. It all seemed genuine like we were all a part little community, far away from the city. What a great experience. Thanks Dunn!”
“Wow, I was, honestly, pleasantly surprised...this Ace Hardware is great! I visited for the first time yesterday and was immediately impressed by the wide selection of goods all packed in a nice n tidy atmosphere with friendly staff. I found what I was looking for - garden fertilizer, huge selection of outdoor grills, BBQs, and I noticed camping equipment and dog tags (future purchases). There's so much more available than I anticipated. Since it's in the same mall as Trader Joe's, the pet store Mud Bay, and a dollar store - also fav' brick n mortar stores I prefer - my time and effort turned into a wonderful one-stop outing... all-together! Yahoo!
And Half Priced Books, Take n Bake Pizza, and Ladro Coffee are near this intersection, too, of Hwy99/196th...turning it into a great shopping district .. and, IMO, Ace really helps improve it very well.
(As an aside, later that day I drove to Barnes n Noble on 196th to meet a friend and found it tricky to maneuver thru Interstate 5's under/overpass construction heading east.)”

“I’m rating it 5 stars cuz I used to love Lowe’s. I know times are tough. Wish they valued having people that ask I their customers need help. Or have them around when you need something behind glass. Which. Who wants to wait 10 min for something. I’ll just stay home and order it online”

“HUGE shout out to my man Jesse. If you go this store, you will likely run into him and he will be working his butt off. He helped us design our kitchen with cabinets and countertops. He was always trying to problem solve our restrictions. He thought about a ton of scenarios we overlooked. He was always looking to save us the most money by keeping in contact about new sales. While installing the cabinets he took every single one of our calls and got the information we needed. This store is lucky to have him.
Also, please hire more people at this Lowes. It is becoming a very common occurrence where departments just don't have someone during peak hours of the day.”
