Purchased online and never received my order. After hours on hold nobody ever answered. This company steals money from people and never sends the product. I've read several people had the same issue and contacted the BBB.

Watched a kind of poor customer service at Macy's Lynnwood today. That employee must've had a bad day. Macy surely will announce for bankruptcy because of their employees!

There is 0 customer service any more- I have been a customer since the 70's. There used to be people you could call to sort things out. Rarely needed because things were run very well. Now Its a nightmare to try to get someone to fix a problem. Deliveries not showing up, being charged for them, not getting refund, etc.... read full comment
