“This is a nice mid price quality made hat shop. I bought one a month ago from this store. They have many styles including Panamas, trilbys, pork pies, felt fedoras western and outback as well as summer type hats and snap caps. I have an extra large head, and it's oftentimes a challenge to find hats that fit. The lady that worked with me was very helpful and polite, and even helped me accessorize the hat with an accent feather for the band. Because of the great service, I came back to buy another one today.!”

“I have always had a great experience while visiting this location. Whatever you are paying Yanna is simply not enough to promote the products in your store! Over the top service, I learned about promotional deals, savings with select purchases, and a couple aromatic scents that would likely be enjoyable if I chose cologne/perfumes. My main purpose was a pair of brown boots that I eyed several weeks ago. To my surprise they were still there and in my size. Gratitude. I appreciated the double check with another associate as to the size and L/R confirmation. Thank you so much for a great experience, keep it up!”

“I've generally had positive experiences with Zumiez. The company offers quality products, and the customer service has usually been friendly and helpful.
The only negative experience I've had occurred when I briefly pulled over on my bicycle and stopped in the parking lot to make an urgent phone call. An employee quickly approached me and informed me that I was loitering and needed to leave immediately. Given that I had only been stopped for about five minutes, the interaction felt unnecessarily harsh and left me with a less favorable impression of the location.
Aside from that one experience, I've had a positive view of the company overall. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery, and it's common to see people walking their dogs near the publicly accessible grass field and trail behind the building. The location also includes a public skate park, which is a great feature for the community.
Overall, it's a good company with quality products and generally positive customer service.”
“I've always liked this place for picking up suits and shirts. They are decently priced and fit perfectly. While I've had success in the outlet store, the actual retail stores in the mall don't necessarily carry the collection I see online.
Moreover the weird distinction is annoying since you can return outlet bought items on retail stores and online+retail items at outlets.”

“5/4 Great service. 5/5 Great sales with your rewards card. VIP sale was going on to receive an additional 30%off items. 5/5 Fully staffed. 5/5 Great selection and marvelous sales. This was a great shopping day for my significant other and I. He purchased Puma Gear and purchased for me shoes, boots and jackets. Prices great. A lot of good clearance items. Fitting rooms were clean ( no clothes left in the stalls), good lighting and 3 way mirrors. Good shopping experience. I definitely recommend this location.”

I like how there is a full men’s section that is equal to women’s. “I recently visited Burlington in Lynnwood and it was a great experience. The store layout was organized, clean, spacious, making it easy to find products with very wide variety than Ross specially for clothes. Staff members were helpful and friendly and assisted me with jogger pants and night wear and a jacket for my mom. Prices were very reasonable, quite cheap and
the quality of items was good as well in comparison to other places. I appreciated the checkout speed. Parking was easy and never full. Overall, a reliable place for clothes of all kind and shoes for everyone.”

“Nice employees and good selection. They seemed a bit understaffed though, as the store and fits area were quite busy. Was standing in line for a while for change room for a good 10-15 minutes only for them to find out that one of their change rooms had been empty the whole time. Sale section looked so chaotic I didn't even browse, and there were messy piles throughout the store. I don't blame the staff though, just think the store itself should allocate more of their budget to have more staff/give more hours.”

The lady was very nice and promptly got my package. The store was a little on the disheveled side I would say, overall it was okay.”

“This is one of my favorite Zara stores because the customer service is truly 100/10. The staff here are always so kind and welcoming, the managers are amazing, and they really know how to make customers feel comfortable and valued. They always help with outfits and create such a good atmosphere in the store.
I honestly understand why people can have different opinions about this store, but my experience at this location has always been so positive. The energy, the people, and the service make shopping here so much better 🤍”
