“Hannah was an amazing assistant. After spending full day searching, we left the store with a great product. This store was the last stop and I had not heard of the store name. Despite the store hours coming closer to closure, pleasant smile did not leave Hannah and she offered to select a few recommendations after hearing our needs. She fetched several (one of which we bought and received much compliments by peers afterwards).Her generosity was shown in bringing out from storage clothing that were not yet on display. Winter season clothing were what we were looking for.She kindly returned the ones that we decided not to buy. I plan to come back to the store because Hannah has left such an impression on me about the store in general. I am curious what the store offers and the style is very casual yet edgy different from H&M which I like.If I could tell the manager, I'd like for Hannah to be promoted for her excellent customer service and the promptness in understanding customers needs.”

“Love the selection at this store !! Great dresses for fair prices ! Customer service does need help tho I mean I walked around looking for a dress for 20 minutes while the girls chatted and laughed and talked about how much longer they have until they get to go home and not one of them asked if I needed help finding anything or even say hi . But it’s ok because I found what I needed and def will be coming back. I def wish they had more large sizes tho . The store is nice and clean and very organized. They need to work on the customer service tho.”

I like how there is a full men’s section that is equal to women’s. “Nice employees and good selection. They seemed a bit understaffed though, as the store and fits area were quite busy. Was standing in line for a while for change room for a good 10-15 minutes only for them to find out that one of their change rooms had been empty the whole time. Sale section looked so chaotic I didn't even browse, and there were messy piles throughout the store. I don't blame the staff though, just think the store itself should allocate more of their budget to have more staff/give more hours.”

“A much cleaner, organized, and tidy location than most! Lots of clearance items left from end of season selection, such as .69c for a 3-pk of wine bottle gift bags, $1.69 for a 2-pk of holiday wrapping paper. Small selection of furniture like office chairs, barstools, shelves, and organizers. Lower prices than competitor discount retail stores. Cashier was quick, efficient, and cordial enough. I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the condition of the shelves and racks considering the volume of shoppers this location has - kudos!”

Its the most amazing fabric my school is super warn and I wasn't ever sweating it also kept me warn outside cause of the fog. The fabric is super thick and matches my temperature so well with warn and cold weather. Super cute too!!”
