“I was shopping at Uniqlo today and was trying on a dress and the attendant named Joe was amazing. He was very positive and very helpful with a great attitude. He even actually helped me to find the lining of my dress that I didn’t realize the dress was missing. “I was in the Lynnwood location today. I needed a pair of black jeans for work. I couldnt find my size and was about to give up. Until Jared stepped in and saved my day. He checked to see if they had them in the back and then located the last pair for me. After I thanked Jared and walked away I heard another lady thank him for his help and also told him that he was the best! Thanks Jared!!!”

“I've always liked this place for picking up suits and shirts. They are decently priced and fit perfectly. While I've had success in the outlet store, the actual retail stores in the mall don't necessarily carry the collection I see online.
Moreover the weird distinction is annoying since you can return outlet bought items on retail stores and online+retail items at outlets.”
“There was a bit of a wait with only one person in front of me, but still took maybe 10 minutes or a little more to get to the counter to pick up an item that was pre-ordered. The lady was very nice and promptly got my package. The store was a little on the disheveled side I would say, overall it was okay.”

“its Ross, its great, cant really say much else. go there and get great deals on clothes, shoes, stuff for home, random things for your car (their phone mounts are usually less than $10 and actually work nicely) and everything else in between. this location specifically isnt super busy, at least when ive went, and checkout is a breeze. also, big shout out to the security lady at the doors! she was very welcoming and friendly making it a point to not only greet everybody coming in, but telling people to have a nice day as they are leaving. most security people just kinda stare blankly but she was very kind to everyone!”
“Great service, Great organization, Cool shop! Wanted to write a survey but lost my receipt: The employees here are actually really cool and welcoming. I like how there is a full men’s section that is equal to women’s. I had twin girl employees help me pick out an outfit for me last week, each time I come back, I hope to see them again because they were very helpful. Definitely coming back here to shop.”

“girls working there were nice, always asked if i needed help and started a dressing room for me when they saw i was having trouble carrying the clothes lol. we're very sweet but didn't come up too many times, which i appreciate. clothes are expensive as hell, but very cute and pretty good quality .”
“Nice employees and good selection. They seemed a bit understaffed though, as the store and fits area were quite busy. Was standing in line for a while for change room for a good 10-15 minutes only for them to find out that one of their change rooms had been empty the whole time. Sale section looked so chaotic I didn't even browse, and there were messy piles throughout the store. I don't blame the staff though, just think the store itself should allocate more of their budget to have more staff/give more hours.”
“I recently visited Burlington in Lynnwood and it was a great experience. The store layout was organized, clean, spacious, making it easy to find products with very wide variety than Ross specially for clothes. Staff members were helpful and friendly and assisted me with jogger pants and night wear and a jacket for my mom. Prices were very reasonable, quite cheap and
the quality of items was good as well in comparison to other places. I appreciated the checkout speed. Parking was easy and never full. Overall, a reliable place for clothes of all kind and shoes for everyone.”
“"I love Aeropostale clothing. I'm waiting for them to get their Premium Air Denim Joggers in stock. I love how they're made; they're so comfortable, but they sell out fast. I hope to see them back in stock soon. I love the light wash and medium wash; however, I haven't seen the black wash in stock yet. I'd like to purchase those as well. Right now, I just own the medium wash ones in size S."”
“Incredible selection of dresses. I had to find a very niche dress to match my boyfriend for a wedding we are attending in the last minute, I found the perfect dress! Their selection is super diverse and I was surprised they had all the dresses I liked that were on the website. Just make sure you like the dress because you can't return many items.”
“This is one of my favorite Zara stores because the customer service is truly 100/10. The staff here are always so kind and welcoming, the managers are amazing, and they really know how to make customers feel comfortable and valued. They always help with outfits and create such a good atmosphere in the store.
I honestly understand why people can have different opinions about this store, but my experience at this location has always been so positive. The energy, the people, and the service make shopping here so much better 🤍”
