The staff are very helpful, even going out of their way to return lost items to customers. Overall, Urban Outfitters is a great store with excellent staff.

I like the style of a lot of this stuff but they've really concentrated hokey cheap gadgets in to get that extra buck... aren't the clothes already expensive enough?

Workers are always very patient with me when I decide I don’t want things while paying. Very nice neat clean store, well organized
