Prices going up for less internet speed, Dvr storage reduced, root sports moving to a higher package ect...fully believe cable is becoming too much to afford. That being said, I went to this store to return an old cable box that was only used to watch mariner games. I went in ready to raise hell but was VERY surprised by the pleasant greeting and farewell I received. Brian was very kind throughout the process and made the transaction with absolutely no resistance. A+ for customer service.”
