“After days of frustration trying to resolve an issue with my watch through online customer service, I finally decided to visit the Maple Valley Verizon store — honestly expecting more of the same. Instead, I walked into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Sean immediately understood the situation and took ownership of the problem right away. He brought in Taylor for additional support, and together they went above and beyond to help me. Both of them were patient, professional, and genuinely determined to make things right. They spent nearly 30 minutes working directly with online customer service, advocating for me every step of the way.
What could have been another frustrating experience turned into the complete opposite. I walked out with a brand-new watch and, more importantly, a whole new appreciation for the Maple Valley Verizon team.
