“They keep the shelves stocked, and if they don’t have the part, they’ll help you order it fast. Prices are reasonable, and the rewards program is worth signing up for if you wrench on your own stuff.
It’s not flashy, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s a solid, reliable place to get what you need and get back on the road.
Oil is usually cheaper at Walmart but AutoZone usually has better deals when you buy a filter and oil together.
Staff is always helpful and nice.

“Nice folks and worked with us on pricing but bring someone car savvy with you. We were able to point out a few things that they agreed to fix and did so before we picked it up. After we left and got gas, the truck needed some messing with the ignition to start, but it's an old truck (1999) so it's going to have a few things wrong, going to replace the starter and see if thst fixes it. Hoping this truck works out ok.”
“Staff here are solid—friendly, quick to help, and they actually know what they’re talking about. They’ll test your battery, scan codes, install wipers or bulbs, and even loan you tools if you’re doing repairs at home.
Inventory is decent, but online stock isn’t always accurate. Sometimes there’s a wait during busy hours, but nothing crazy.
If you need parts or quick help with your car, this spot gets the job done.”

“It is a long wait to be seen at the counter but they were the only ones to have the side view mirror that fit my car. Pick&Pull actually recommended them after they didn't have the part within 500 miles. The girl that helped me was nice and had the other part I was looking for shipped straight to my house. I was hesitant to return after a bad experience my first time with them, waiting an ungodly amount of time to be helped at the desk and being sold a part that was not compatible with my car despite being told it was, this experience was pleasant and all the parts were what I needed. I will be returning.”

“My recent experience was horrible BUT the associate was Amazing Dave in the Auto Department, Showed patience, kindness, empathy, Great Customer Service and went above and beyond to help me. So I bought a tire online over 1week ago says 3day shipping.. I call 3days in row prior to going up there bc I wanna if a tire will fit my Mini or not, they have the tire Mike puts the tire aside Great!! Well when I get there Mike is gone and He was giving me the tire for $50 instead of $85 This needs to be verified so Dave does that, then we both realize It’s the wrong tire I did the search on the website and this was the size I was given (my mistake) bt checked in house and the tire I ordered looks like it was there bt no name or order number was associated with, and all the mangers left and he wasn’t trained in how to do this & I didn’t have an appointment and he was going to change the tire out (if we had the right 1)I appreciate that man a lot even tho he was unable to help, I sincerely felt like I mattered enough for time and effort it goes a loooooong way in our society!
